A small book. Only 30 recipes. Some of those recipes, oddly, aren't even for trifles. With only 30 recipes to find, I am sure the author, the now famous Trish Deseine, could have made up enough trifle recipes to fill the quota. There are a hundred books with Eton Mess and Fool recipes out there, they didn't need to be in this one.
A few good recipes in the book. A lot of boring ones.
