Every second that Vince D’Amato is playing nice with her brothers, Fallyn fears the worst. As their secret relationship reaches explosive new levels, the O’Keefe family lays down the law that Vince can either leave on his own, or in a body bag.
When Fallyn decides that she won’t abide by her brothers’ rules anymore, she breaks them all and runs away to seek solace in enemy territory. Vince has never been above stealing, but snatching up the O’Keefe daughter is the one crime he won’t hesitate to risk everything for.
Book two keeps you going ! Again I was wrapped bubpage one and wanted to keep reading ! These two families are amazing and go through so much stuff but share the same motto of Family First ! Vince And Fallyn are in a relationship and sneaking round both families . The families are slowing gettin more close and working together they the bakery , cleaning up the streets from drugs , and even gang together for a weekend getaway. One brother catches them in the act of kissing and now their secret is out : a D’Amato and an O’keefe in a relationship! Of course brother Carri beats the shit out of Vince but swears secrecy but does not want his sister dating Vince at all . Brother drama leads her straight to Vince and his house and now they have pushed her over the edge and she wants Vince more than ever ! Keep going this series holds a lot and gets soooooo good ! I will not spoil any more but def recommend !
I absolutely love book 2! Fallen and Vince are such good strong characters. Fallen stands strong even though her brothers still look at her like a little girl. They were so over protective that she could not even date. I can not wait to see what happens next.
I started the first book with high hopes, maybe Fallyl would find her way to stand up for herself. With Vince, she showed so much promise. Book two is a Hugh disappointment. Her brothers are mean, cruel, disrespectful and disappointing. She gets more respect and love from Vince, Tony and Angelo then her family. Fallyl lets herself be a doormat and her brothers don't disappoint. Not going to waste my money to finish this tragedy.
To anyone in search of books from this popular genre but without the smut, this is for you!
Book 2 of this trilogy did not disappoint. Such a page-turner; utterly romantic and reasonably dramatic to the point of leaving me misty-eyed at times. As before, the banter and overall dialogue was off the charts. This left off on an astounding cliffhanger. I'm certain I'll be reading the last book in one sitting!
Oh Vince, what a man you are!!! The second book didn’t disappoint. These two are in it together, fiercely protecting their love despite family opposition. I’m currently team Italian (mainly team Angelo) not team Irish because they’re just doing too much! This is some next level of boneheaded sibling protection. Act first think later which is annoying!
Well I kind of seen that one coming but Damon that's a hell of a twist my heart is seriously breaking for them oh my good grief I can't wait tell the 3 rd book
