Sandra falls ill with a sudden sickness. Will her Knights be able to save her before she runs out of time? How will the dynamic of the group change when she learns that Tylek loves her? Lines are drawn when the truth of who Sandra comes out. Will the King of Miltic get his hands on her?
I never really know how I should write these things. Do I go the professional, but boring route and talk about myself in the third person (which feels unnatural), or do I do first person, like a dating site? Sadly, second person doesn't work here, that would be cool.
Something like: You are looking at the profile of GoodReads author A.S. Oren. You know she is a cat person, and owns three of the little fuzzy things.
I digress. I live in Colorado, born and raised here all my life. Like you read above, I have three cats and want a big dog (perhaps an Alaskan Malamute).
I love writing, it's one of the few things I get joy out of and know I'm good at. I've been doing it off and on since I could draw and think I was writing words with backwards sevens and squiggle lines.
I currently work as a ghostwriter, graphic artist and editor.
Feel free to friend me or message. I like getting to know other people who like reading and writing, too.
I enjoyed volume two of Miltic and am eager to read the rest of the series. Character development is ok but could be better. I do enjoy the characters personalities though.
I'm going to give both books 3 stars because the story is good. But I wanted to DNF is many times because of the editing problems. So many mistakes. There were times I had to read a sentence repeatedly to figure out what the author meant. Again, this story is a very interesting story just needs some betas and an editor.
Such an original story with enormously entertaining characters. The Gate is a world wonderful to explore as more bits are revealed from the author's active imagination. Although this book could use a good editor for misspelled or misused words, it is still a pleasure to read. I wish the book was longer or the author a bit more expedient in releasing content. I am looking forward to the next piece of this fascinating puzzle!
Eager for the next book. Over just as it was getting interesting, another good book in the series but is so short it leaves you wanting more. There were a few areas that need editing but overall enjoyed the way the story progressed and eagerly awaiting book 3.
Has a good story line and good characters but needs some major editing, and normally I over look things like that but some of the edits and corrections needed made me jump out of the story.
