The Peakton Village Trilogy #2

A Winter Escape: The Peakton Village Trilogy - Book Two

Rate this book
Maggie Brooke has run away, far from the boyfriend who has deceived her for the past year. But no matter how far Maggie runs, she can’t break the ties completely. Maggie is expecting his baby. She hopes to find a safe haven in the small Derbyshire village of Peakton to make some life-changing decisions. It is a place where people seem to know everything about everyone, and Maggie has a whole lot of history she’d rather nobody found out about. But meeting Tom Cavell, the hunky vicar of Peakton, is something she certainly hadn’t bargained on. He only seems to make her messed-up life go from bad to worse with his sweet nature and piercing blue eyes. If only she could stop fantasising about him long enough to plan her future. This book is part of a trilogy, but can be read as a standalone story. Contains issues which may offend some readers.
