The Hellborn's army has begun the march to war.

With less than two weeks of preparation remaining, their weaknesses become unavoidably apparent. Planning for defeat suddenly becomes as important as planning for victory. Synopsis:

Darrak’s plight grows desperate. Two trusted companions betrayed him. The Hellborn’s army has seized Mystandia. Darrak’s growing talents are needed both on Dragonath and Earth. A purple sun in the sky is wreaking havoc on Darrak’s home planet. Where do his true loyalties lie? A plan to entrust a penitent traitor to reverse the damage done to Earth bears fruit.

But the Hellborn’s army is on the march. It is massive, and Darrak’s army is nowhere near ready. Darrak and his friends are second-guessing their preparations and their abilities. Help from unlikely sources may be their only hope.

Review:

Call to war is the third and last book in The Dragonath Chronicles trilogy. Andi O’Connor’s style continues to improve. Her characters continue to evolve. The pacing was slowing a little but not dramatically so. Mionee, the traitor of the first book, finally rejoins Darrak’s side and begins undoing the damage she’s done, but enemies now hunt her. Darrak has matured into his powers but still has much to learn when the final battle starts.

It will leave the audience on the edge of their seats.
