Not bad - a collection of good tips and a few advices for people without a degree to get some proof of their knowledge, or to begin with some coding. Although Eric comes too much with web development piece of cake. I thought this book to have cover more subjects.

Anyways - it's good, and fast to read. For people that think about changing their job to IT - should read it as a guide/good tips.
