I have always been the good girl. As the sheriff’s daughter, I had no say in the matter. Until the day I met Dakota… He is the sexy, inked, and incredibly dangerous Vice President of the Dogs of War motorcycle club, and he’s the kind of man my daddy always warned me about. He’s a brute who isn’t afraid to take what he wants… I learned that the hard way. I’m supposed to be his hostage , but with one stroke of his rough and deadly fingers, I know the truth. I’m his property. Dakota owns me… Body, heart, and soul.
But if I give him my innocence… will I ever be free again?
BRUTE is a full-length steamy romance with over-the-top sex and a happy ever after. Be prepared for dark and dangerous themes that may push your limits (and leave you begging for more).
WOW - I loved this book. It was fast paced love, action and suspense. If you haven't read the first book in the series then I would recommend you do but it's not necessary. Fab book.
The Dogs of War are in debt with the Sons. One favor will change their lives. They have to take care of Kitty, the Sheriff's daughter. She is the card for the Sons to keep on doing their thing. Ash and Dakota, the now VP of the Dogs pick up the package. The VP is drawn to Kitty. They don't like this favor but is all they can do to not get killed. Little do they know that Kitty is relieved to be away from his aweful dad. I really liked the way the story develops, specially the cunning ways to save the Club and the hostage. The love between the brooding and quiet Dakota with the repressed but smart and witty Kitty is palpable and the first love scene wow! I enjoyed every bit of this book. Can't wait for the next in the series.
This is the story of Dakota and Kitty. This story is action packed, with twists & turns, and love. This is a fast paced story, which is very well written, and with great characters, by these dynamic authors. I was hooked and intrigued throughout. I cannot wait to read more from this series.
This book was good. Would have been better if she wasn't in it. She was annoying with her giggles. Why he wants a giggling "girl" instead of a woman is beyond me. I liked every other parts of this book that she was not there. It had promise if she was more mature.
I was really excited about this book but.. I ended up skimming through it just to get the gist of the details and then finally what happened at the end...
