Why I quit: This book was too general for me to read from cover to cover. I'm sure it is an excellent guide if you are deciding which cruise line to choose, but I am beyond that step so most of the information is irrelevant to me period I did find my ship in this book and I read a few pages about it but it was very general information that I already had. I need something specific, if not to my cruise line at least to the destination, so I had to skip this one. I did not read 200 pages, after discovering how broad the information was, I skipped to the part I was interested in.
Recommend to others: Only if you are trying to decide which type of cruise you want or which cruise line.
This book covers every aspect of the cruise experience and would be especially helpful for those new to cruising. It also rates each cruise line and individual ship giving the pros and cons.
