Good, concise overview of forming an LLC you can read in one sitting. Learned a lot, especially regarding the importance of specifying an audiobook, the options of setting up an LLC in a different state (e.g Delaware, Nevada), and more. Of course, the book is deadly boring, but it's a boring topic, and at least it's short!
