I knew going into this that this book wasn't written with me in mind and rather for teenagers but I still enjoyed it. It had some questionable things in it for sure but those are just based on different opinions. I did however skip the last chapter about religion as I'm not a religous person and therefore am not interested in it.
It took me a life, but I was finally able to read & understand the purpose of this book without finding it difficult to read (as it is written in English). I’m amazed by how understandable it is. I’ve grown up with these girls and their music has always helped me get through my daily life and so does this charming, peaceful book.
I feel like this needs an obligatory 5 stars because I love Cimorelli, but the second half kinda dragged for me and started to feel preachy. I could see myself re-reading the first 50 pages, but not the rest.
