An interesting read, dealing with a case of identity theft and how computers can rule or control our lives. Nothing much has changed then in the last 30 years as computers still have the ability to control what we do

not bad at all. a bit dated now, but a fair bit of the science fiction-y stuff is not far-fetched. And the plot is already pretty much following the formula he used all through the Gorky Park etc novels. I really like Martin Cruz Smith.
