4 I Don't Love You Stars
I got really excited while I was reading the prologue it's gritty, dark and a little disturbing which of course I love. Unfortunately it goes from that into the first chapter leaving the dark and gritty behind and leaving us guessing what that start was about. It does become apparent when you get further into the book but would have been nice to have a link to it earlier.
This was all about the psh and pull, 'I can't be with her she's a cop', 'I can't be with him he's a criminal'. UNTIL Felix finds out what lies under Alessandra's badge, she has hidden demons that make him want to bring them to the surface so they'll be the same in ways that would allow them to be together.
I do like how this author is able to inject humour into her stories, in this one Alessandra's mum who is in the early stages of dementia gave me a chuckle with her antics and love of Mac. I also thought that Rocky was a pretty cool.
The one and only problem I had with this book was that it was a little too similar to the first two books in the series, with the whole law enforcement crosses over to the dark side theme. It would have been good if the author had done another set of characters and then come back to these two to get a bit of a break from that theme. It was maybe only a problem for me as I only just read the first two without much of a break.
As always I enjoyed the chemistry of Miss Forgy's characters, Felix seemed a lot more 'raw' than her past characters which I liked. The police car scene was HOT!!
This was a well written and enjoyable addition to the Sin City Outlaws series and I look forward to continuing the series.

This series makes me feel like an adrenaline junkie!!! From the no apologies from these bad ass bikers, to the non stop action and drama that seems to follow them around constantly, The men of the “Sin City Outlaws” and the ladies that love them is the reason why I can’t stop reading this series. I thought for sure that no one could’ve come close to Zeek in being a total bada** but Felix took the reigns on this one!
If you’ve read the previous two books, then you know that Alessandra is Jillan’s best friend and she’s one tough cookie. Following in her father’s footsteps, she became a Deputy Sheriff to serve and protect. But Alessandra’s brand of justice is a little bit more on the unlawful side and when she comes face to face with the notorious VP, she’s mentally planning how to get away with his murder while screwing him at the same time. Hey, they don’t call it priorities for nothing.
“When the time comes, and it will, I’m not going to throw cuffs on you and take you in, no. I’m going to drive you out into the desert and beat you with my fucking nightstick!”
“Sounds like my kind of Friday night,” he smarts with a curled lip.
What time should I pick you up?”
Felix has a long standing hatred for cops. Everything about them pisses him off to the point where he has a permanent vein throbbing in his forehead and it’s about to get a whole lot worse. Forced to babysit the woman that makes him want to catch a case and screw at the same time, Felix knows that he has his work cut out for him. But what happens when the one person who you swore would never mean anything to you, suddenly becomes your whole world?
I can’t tell you how much I adored this series!! Felix and Alessandra were the perfect match for each other Inn every way. Alessandra had a difficult past but she was one strong woman and I loved seeing her determination and perseverance in finding out who she really was. Now as for Felix, that man scared the crap out of me while making me swoon at the same time. How is that possible?! His no nonsense demeanor and his ability to get sh*t done while racking up his body count had me at a loss for words and excited for the grittiness that was about to go down. Obviously I need a therapist but we’ll talk about that later.
If you love a forbidden MC romance, this series is HIGHLY recommended and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with the men of Sin City. They’re going to make your heart race, compromise your morals, and take you on the ride of your life. And trust me, you won’t regret it.

M.N. Forgy once again constructs a memorable story full of gripping moments!!
Felix is the Vice President of the Sin City Outlaws and the definition of broody. He's also rugged, handsome, but scary as it gets. Yet there's one person he can't seem to put fear in. Alessandra is a feisty cop who does things her way to get the job done. She's a beauty with a spitfire attitude I just couldn't seem to get enough of. Oh, and did I mention she's tough as nails? No? Well, let me tell you... She's not to be messed with!
These two couldn't be more opposite, or so they thought. In actuality they are more alike then either could imagine, if only they would just give in to what they really want - Each other.
Dark secrets. Past meets present in one explosive collision as M.N. Forgy literally gives this plot a twist! This book had it all!! Action and violence. Forbidden love. Enemies to lovers... Just a bit gritter and dirter!

The third installment of the sexy and gritty Sin City Outlaws series by M.N. Forgy did NOT disappoint. RETALIATE brings us Felix, the VP of the Sin City Outlaws and Alessandra, a cop whose view on the law is a bit blurred. Together, these two are a match made in Hell, but that doesn't stop the intense and visceral attraction that pulls them together every which way. The HATE is strong with these two, but so is the passion and the unyielding pull they have towards one another. It's extremely HOT! It's definitely DIRTY! And it will FOR SURE leave you on the edge of your seat!

Usually, in a romance, you have a hero/heroine being drawn to the lightness in another human being, but M.N. Forgy is switching it up a bit, and gives us two characters that are attracted to each other's darkness. That is what gives this romantic suspense, the dark, gritty, and raw element that pulled me in from the start.
"If you're going to be a slut, you're going to be one with me. Understand?"
With her infuriating, but SEXY anti-heroes and the feisty woman who bring them to their knees, RETALIATE, and the Sin City Outlaws series always gets my motor runnin'. Forgy gives us scorching romances with a touch of danger, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Felix and Alessandra's story is rough, laced with hate sex and undeniable passion. I crave more of these characters every time the last page has turned. If you are lookin' to get your MC Romance fix, look no further, because M.N. Forgy DOES IT RIGHT!

Felix and Alessandra are not a pair I would have ever seen coming. Both polar opposites, it felt like another case of Zeek and Jillian, but on a whole 'nother level. To me, Felix and Alessandra were more gritty and enticing. More particularly, because there was so much more than just the typical 'cop personna' that Alessandra carried around. She was was much more damaged and a hard ass than I gave her credit for, and I liked how that came out to play at times when dealing with Felix and fighting the baddies.
And Felix. Well, he was another layered character, as must of these alpha male characters we read about always are, but likable in that respect. I liked his and Alessandra's inner dilemmas-
I shouldn't be into him/her but I am...he/she goes against everything I believe in.... can I trust him/her?..... etc....
AND YET somehow, these two were the perfect compliment to what each other needed and could meet on a certain common ground that no other person could.

Retaliate is book 3 in the Sin City Outlaws and features Felix and Alessandra. While books 1 and 2 were just ok for me I really enjoyed this one. Felix and Alessandra had awesome chemistry with that whole hate thing they had towards each other. But what really surprised me was Alessandra's past which was heartbreaking and I loved that she is a true badass. They make a great couple and I'm already reading book 4.

If you are new to the Sin City Outlaws series, It is not mandatory but I highly recommend you read Reign and then Mercy before jumping into Retaliate. There is a ton of background story that you will need from those two books when diving into Retaliate. Plus why would you want to miss out on ZEEK!!! *Sigh*....I love me some ZEEK!
Felix and Alessandra's story is sexy and dangerous.
The beginning of Retaliate starts off with a WTF prologue. We learn of a child named Brown 5, We learn this child is being trained as a weapon and forced to fight other children that are also held captive. Throughout the novel that prologue lives in the back of your memories and your completely involved and waiting for this WTF moment to reveal itself!
Felix is the Vice President of the Sin City Outlaws, he has one rule and one rule only, never get involved with a cop. He views those that are involved with cops as traitors. Alessandra isn't like most cops, she's not dirty and she's not the good guy, she's somewhere in between. Fighting for what is right and helping those that have done wrong...if that makes sense.
Alessandra is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to physically protecting herself, Felix is intrigued from the fearlessness he sees in her eyes. After the club is put on lock down, Zeek orders Felix to follow Alessandra and watch out for her when she's not on the job. Even though the two physically hate each other and are total opposites, emotionally they are connected. There is a strong bond that the two can't seem to fight no matter how hard they try.
This isn't your typical Bad Guy/Cop romance. Felix and Alessandra's story is raw with a dangerous vibe that I love when it comes to MC romance novels.
I wish there were more of a back story when it came to Felix, There were a few glimpses and pieces of his story put into place, but I would have liked more.
I loved seeing Felix's soft side after Alessandra's 'accident', but I'm a sucker for a rugged scary man with a hidden heart of gold!
I'm in lust with this series, I can't wait for Machete's story!!!

A bloodthirsty tale full of twists and turns, Retailiate had me on the edge of my seat at every page.
Felix and Alessandra were two broken souls on opposite sides of the spectrum. He's an outlaw and she's a cop. Even though they tried to fight their attraction, eventually their inner desires won and their demons found one another and claimed the other's soul.
Gritty. Raw. Suspenseful. Unforgettable and utterly sexy-Sin City Outlaws own my heart at this point. This book, this book!! M.N. Forgy has reached 'dark Queen' status with this one, blowing my mind completely!
P.S. I can't wait for my bae's book! Machete is one crazy motherf*cker and I can't wait to explore the confines of his twisted mind.

Felix, the Vice President of Sin City Outlaws MC, LOL, gosh, I can't believe myself for saying this BUT his story was fantastic!
Alessandra is a bad-ass cop, she's Jillian's best friend and she's not ALL that she seems to be and Felix is attracted to that side of her...the dark side.
There's a past to reveal, there's a hate to subdue and there's a passion and lust that will burn it all to the ground.

Retaliate is the story of Felix, the VP of the Sin City Outlaws, and Alessandra, the cop, whose view of the law is blurry somewhere between good and bad. Alessandra drives Felix crazy, but he's not sure if he wants to kill her or sleep with her. Her darkness under the surface draws him, and boy, are they something together. It all starts when Felix is tasked with keeping her safe, as threats to all of them are everywhere. Since she's now in the line of fire, he's to stick to her, and neither are happy about that. And no one had a clue that a key piece to the puzzle was her past that she couldn't remember. Can Felix keep the ever stubborn, and independent cop safe from all danger, including herself? I know that I may have jumped around a bit, but seriously, this story is absolutely breathtaking in it's crazy ride, and all I want to do is shout out spoilers because I loved it so much! First of all I recommend reading Reign and Mercy first, as it will only enhance this awesome piece of goodness, even though Retaliate can be read as a standalone. Felix and Alessandra are dynamite together with a short fuse EXPLODING into the FIERY FLAMES of panty disintegrating, sexy scene goodness that tried to fry my kindle. The twists and turns kept my on the edge of my seat, heart pounding, and dropping loud f-bombs everywhere. And in the middle of all the exciting goodness, some well placed humor had me laughing hard, (especially Alessandra's special way of getting answers from the lab)! M.N. Forgy has a brilliant writing style that NEVER fails to instantly transport me into her world, and I'm seriously addicted! I will always be anxiously waiting for her next masterpiece, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!

If you love forbidden romances then this book is for you!
I absolutely loved Zeek and Julians duet but Alessandra and Felix have topped the cake. They have become my favourite couple. What drawled me in like hook line sinker was that these two were attracted to each other because of there dark pasts and of who they are.
MN Forgy definitely did not disappointed , she brought the dark, gritty and the sexy back. Alessandra and Felix are a match made in heaven , there connect is amazing. Your being pulled from one end to the other.
One thing I loved about this couple that Alessandra was super sassy and didn't give a toss and Felix , if he wanted something , he would get it. Even though he is a arrogant jerk at times and I just wanted to throat punch him. But he is one sex god.
These two absolutely HATE each other , but the pull that these two have with Each other is one hot thing. You'll be left on the edge of your seat wanting to know what will happen next with these two. When these two get it on , there's no stopping and getting in the way of them.

Love me some bad boy biker book boyfriend!!
I love it when the newest addition to my collection of book boyfriends is so intense that I’m sure I’ll be thinking of him for a long time. Felix is intense. He’s a criminal, he’s trouble, he’s the sexiest man ever. I knew it from the beginning, so as Alessandra. I love MN Forgy’s books, they are perfectly descriptive, sexy, dangerous, full of action, romance and of course, the best kind of badass characters.

This is absolutely my favorite book out of the series. Don't get me wrong, I loved Zeek and Jillian and am so glad that Retaliate still has them all in the book but Felix and Alessandra stole my heart. Both of them.
So let's get this out of the way. If you haven't read Reign and Mercy, I recommend that you read them first. You could probably read this as a standalone but there are references from the previous two books that may keep you wondering what you missed.
Felix is the VP of The Sin City Outlaws and currently running the show for the most part. His President is around but he has other obligations that have kind of put Felix in charge. Although Zeek still has the final word. He also had a huge disdain for the police, as does most outlaw bikers. Of course, he has to like one because his President made his claim but Felix would never understand why that happened. Until Alessandra. She's a cop but there's something about her that makes him believe she's so much more.
Alessandra has been groomed to be a strong and powerful woman from a young age. Once you read the prologue, you'll see about her past and then you will see where she is now, as a cop. It's not what you think, I can tell you that. She hates the Sin City Outlaws and wants nothing more than to take them down. Unfortunately they rule the city and her hands are tied. Even as a cop. Her best friend's relationship to the MC keeps the very people she can't stand in her life. And Felix is her biggest enemy. She can't stand him but she's drawn to him and the sexual tension between them its explosive.
This is a perfect story of what a thin line between love and hate means. These two hate each other yet they can't stay away. I loved their back and forth and how feisty Alessandra is. She doesn't take any crap from anyone and she can certainly hold her own. She's the perfect person for Felix yet they are polar opposites career wise and shouldn't be together.
I loved the moment when things started to shift for Felix. It made me melt just a little and pushed me to root for them even more. If that was even possible. I just couldn't ask for better main characters.
There is definitely gritty parts that I crave from a good MC book and Felix's thirst for a fight really added to what I love in these types of books. There's an added twist you might not get right away.
Overall, I enjoyed Retaliate and I can't wait to get Machete's story and I'm seriously hoping that the sneak peek we get holds throughout the entire book. If so, I feel like it's going to be epic and dark. Right up my ally!

Retaliate is the third book in the Sin City Outlaws Series from M.N. Forgy. You could read this book as a standalone but I so highly recommend reading the first three books since they revolve around the Sin City Outlaws. Reign and Mercy are those first two books.
Felix is the Vice President of the Sin City Outlaws Motorcycle Club. With his position comes respect, power and easy women. Felix has control in everything he does. Because of this she never expected to be put on babysitting duty over a female cop of all people. Felix kills law enforcement not protect them. But Alessandra might not see the evil Felix sees dancing in her eyes. They are not very different from each other at all. Felix is draw to her. He wants to devour her and her innocent act. To pull her over the line of justice and into his bed. However, Felix isn't expecting the handful of secrets he discovers behind the badge. Now, they will be retaliating against a common enemy together.
Oh my goodness I devoured this book. I don't think I put it down from the time I picked it up. I knew Felix would have an awesome story from what I have seen of him in the other books. He's a hard hard man and he lets no one in but his brothers. His hate for the cops is so strong you can feel it from the pages of the book. Poor Alessandra though feels the same way about the Sin City Outlaws. After all one of her best friends married the President and for the life of Alessandra she can't understand why a Sheriff would fall in love with an outlaw. But, she is about to find out. And goodness does she find out. I'm telling you that there are some of the best lines ever in a book in Retaliate. I think I melted into a puddle of Felix goo a time or twenty. Trust me you will know when you get to the lines I'm talking about. A cold shower might be strongly advised after you get there too. I loved the rough, tough, I don't care about much except my brothers Felix. I am apparently a sucker for the darkest guys. I loved equally though Alessandra. She knows something is off about her life and different about her as she preforms her duties as a Las Vegas Police Officer when she is working. She has some serious secrets that even she isn't aware of.
Grab this book and don't plan to move until the very end. Then you can be exactly like me and say bring on Machete and Raven's story NOW!!! I so can not wait until their story comes out. M.N. Forgy is such an amazing author. I'm so glad that I was able to read and review this book. I am loving this whole entire series and the dark, gritty, edgy feel to them too.

This is book #3 in the series. However, it is an off shoot of book 1 & 2. You don't need to read Book 1 & 2 to understand the characters. However, with reading the other books you do understand the characters and what is going on.
Alessandra is a police officer who is to uphold the law in Las Vegas, Sin City itself. Alessandra has her own demons. She has nightmare's just about every night, the same dream over and over again. Her best friend, Jillian is going with Zeek, who is the President of Sin City Outlaws.
Felix is the VP of the Sin City Outlaws. Both hate each other. However, both are drawn to each other like crazy. Felix is a true Alpha hunka burnin' love.
Felix and Alessandra are going to hurt each other with how much there eyes throw daggers at each other. Felix knows she's a fighter. Felix doesn't realize though how much they are alike. The house girls hate Alessandra as she is taking Felix away from them. Alessandra gives one a black eye and breaks another one's nose. Alessandra isn't a woman to mess with.
Alessandra finds out her 'Dad' that she loved and knew her whole life isn't her 'Dad' and she wants Felix to find out more for her. Felix isn't sure what he finds when he uncovers the information for her. Felix isn't sure Alessandra is up for the news. Felix just knows he needs to be near her. We do have some hot steamy love making going on of course.

Retaliate is the third book in the Sin City Outlaws. Some have said this can be read as a standalone but there are a lot of references to Zeek and Jillian from the previous two books that might leave some a bit confused if you have not read them. Otherwise, this book is completely about Felix and Alessandra.
Felix is the VP of the Sin City Outlaws and is pretty much running things while Zeek is figuring out how to balance a family life and the club life. Felix still has a hard time swallowing that his Prez is sleeping with the enemy - a cop - but will always stand behind Zeek no matter what. Felix was raised in the MC and knows nothing else - so his thirst for violence and hatred towards cops runs deep.
Alessandra was Jillian's partner til things went south and now she is partnered with a rookie - which no one ever wants, especially Alessandra. Alessandra has always walked a fine line when it comes to seeking justice - she doesn't always follow the law. She can't explain it, but she's never be bothered by the ugly side of her job; she gets a high when it comes to her having power over people.
MN wrote a very unique story. I love that both Felix and Alessandra both have a dark upbringings and it's their darkness that calls to the other, whether they see it or not. This story is about the fine line between love and hate and how easily it can be blended together at some point. MN gives a good balance of the hot romance with the action and suspense in this book. I really enjoyed this story and that it wasn't just the typical, normal MC story.
I am intrigued to see how MN plays out this next book. Raven and Machette's story may be the ugliest of them all so far......

Felix was raised by the club and has an inherent hatred for the law, he is used to breaking them all in a spectacular fashion. Yet when he is assigned to watch over Alessandra who has been caught up in club business he can't help but forgot she wears a uniform. Seeing a peak of something hidden within Felix's demon recognises it's match within the cop. Alessandra has nightmares, glimpses of a past that she has long since buried. Learning that not everything is as it seems unleashes a torrent of truth that she is unsure she wants to survive...can she embrace who is she is with what she once was?
I feel this story isn't over, like there is so much more to be explored...especially with that ending! Her childhood was violent and the survival of the fittest pushed to the extreme; the ramifications of that experience evident in her conditioned reactions and the shadows that haunt her. Felix is all man; rugged and brutal yet protective of those within his family. He is swoon worthy, adamant he is unlovable yet proving he is by his deeds and words. The love story develops well and you can understand how derision turns into something more like a grudging respect as they spend more time together, their attraction for one another can't be denied and this story's steam factor is off the charts. It's dark, it's enthralling and as usual my only complaint is I want more!
A four and a half star embrace who you are meant to be read.

This is the 3rd book in the Sin City Outlaws series. If you like your MC books a little on the darker side, MN Forgy has you covered. Come on over and see what a bada$$ the club VP is. Felix still can't get over the fact that the club Pres is sleeping with the enemy---a cop. His need for violence runs deep and cops are number one on his list.
Alessandra is friends with the Pres's lady, Jillian. She is a cop as well but has the need to walk the gray line when it comes to justice. She has some pretty dark dreams and some hidden secrets. Mostly, she has no time for the Sin City MC. I loved her mouth and her attitude. There is also some nice comic relief in this book.
Felix and Alessandra are not your typical couple. They hate each other to the point of s3xual attraction. The tension gets incredibly hot between them. They also aren't looking to save or be saved by each other. In fact, Felix hopes he can bring out Alessandra's dark wings and help her fly into his world. From the very first book in her Devil's Dust MC series to the Sin City Outlaws, every book is packed with a punch, along with hot bikers and the women who tame them.
Felix and Alessandra's story in Retaliate is no different. Alessandra, the hot cop, digs her way into Felix's black heart inch by inch. He was a dick at times, okay.. actually a lot of times, but who wants a biker that doesn't have his asshole qualities? I'll tell you who. ME. He's confused about his feelings for her... he hates her because she's a cop but he wants her at the same time.

Both Felix and Alessandra have a dark past, which just made them even more perfect for each other. She may have been a cop but she ended up being not so different from Felix after all.

Retaliate is the third book in M.N. Forgy's Sin City Outlaws biker series. Although you don't have to have read the previous two instalments, I'd say it definitely helps with back story and getting into Alessandra and Felix's heads.
If you're familiar with the series then you'll remember Alessandra as Jillian's bestie and former colleague. Alessandra really hates bikers and cannot stand Felix. As a biker outlaw there's now way he'd be into a cop - or would he? Now before you start thinking this is just another good girl meets bad guy story it's worth considering that Alessandra really isn't your average cop. She packs quite the punch and has quite the edge. She's definitely not a good girl!

Alessandra is kinda badass! I really liked her sassy no-nonsense approach and her loyalty to her friends and family. Felix really puts the A in Alpha! Those offended by violence and bad language may find him a bit much but I liked his more domineering tendencies.
I'm looking forward to Mac's story up next...

If you're familiar with the series then you'll remember Alessandra as Jillian's bestie and former colleague. Alessandra really hates bikers and cannot stand Felix. As a biker outlaw there's now way he'd be into a cop - or would he? Now before you start thinking this is just another good girl meets bad guy story it's worth considering that Alessandra really isn't your average cop. She packs quite the punch and has quite the edge. She's definitely not a good girl!

Retaliate is the third book in the Sin City Outlaws Series ...and you really need to read them in order to get a good grasp on what's going on ...I've read the others and they're all pretty good reads...as was this one ...

Alessandra and Felix are extreme opposites ...or so they think...but when it comes down to it ...they really are more alike than they are different...You could feel Felix's struggle and Alessandra's stubbornness ...this isn't a bond they ever saw themselves making ...she's been through some past experiences that she's buried and he can sense that deep down she's more like him than either thought ...their chemistry is undeniable but I'm not gonna lie ...I had a difficult time with knowing exactly what to say with this one ...there was a lot that was lacking for me but I do LOVE a good MC read....overall still a good solid read!

This story was just as dark as you expect an MN Forgy MC to be. You need to read the first 2 books in the series first before you delve in to Alessandra & Felix's story.
Alessandra is Jillian's best friend and fellow cop with LVPD and doesn't like how much leeway the Sin City Outlaws get. Felix is Zeek's VP and isn't tolerant of cops. AT ALL. So of course there's going to be something there since hate is love's evil sister right?
But this story is so much more. It immediately starts out dark and shocking. And then it eases up some but then everything is wrapped up and makes TOTAL sense.
I love MN Forgy's books, dark or not because they're raw and they're real and they invoke such emotion!

OMG!!! Felix & Alessandra are sooo hot!!! M.N. Forgy is the queen at writing MC Books as well as anything else. You do need to read the other books in the series before reading this 1 in my opinion so you truly get the characters. It was dark & light at the same time. I laughed at certain parts, got pissed off during others, but overall this was a definate 5 Star read for me. when characters can evoke such emotion from the readers to me it means the author is totally on top of their game & M.N. Forgy rocks!!! #mustread #mustreadseries

They are natural enemies, the cop and the outlaw but there is more to both of these characters. I honestly had a hard time connecting with either of them until near the end. I kept reading and I did get more into it. Overall it was a good read, just not a great one for me.
