A concise look at the mysteries of the Rosary and how they can be meditated upon, in light of spiritual warfare and the applicable metaphors, Voris' writing in "The Weapon" is as direct and truthful as his oration. The literary influence of Ven. Fulton Sheen is readily apparent in Voris' writing. He was able to shed some light on matters of the mysteries that I hadn't seen before, especially contextualising them in the Gospels as a whole (rather than the incident upon which the mystery dwells on). My only gripe is that I wish it could have been longer and more thorough. Reading this book has inspired a new attempt at Marian devotion, especially because of the spiritual battle necessary for Catholics in modern society.
