Riley Murphy's newest novel was a unique blend of her popular writing style and one that has more mystery and drama. Yet it was still able to make me laugh, cry, despise the injustice, and root for the characters. Caleb White and Genevieve Talbot seemed to be complete opposites, but many times opposites attract, right? In the beginning I had a hard time bonding with Genevieve. She seemed just a little too perfect for me, but her patience, caring, and love for Caleb won me over. All that I can say about Caleb is that he experienced unbelievable horrors and in spite of them, became a better man. As a matter of fact, I would have followed him wherever he wanted to lead. Especially when he came to Genevieve's rescue later in the story. I'm looking forward to reading more about a cruise ship full of alpha males and solving the mysterious deaths of the Doms.
