Climbing: From Rock to Ice

Rate this book
There are similarities in movements on ice, rock, and mixed terrain. The way a climber moves his or her body and the thought processes in movement on ice are remarkably similar to the way in which a climber approaches rock in the summer. As part of the larger Climbing progression series, From Rock to Ice gets climbers comfortable with transferring their skills to the ice.
