Great book! Dr. Spencer has a great way of making complicated concepts easy to understand for those of us who do not have degrees in psychology, and I think that this is great for coaches and athletes alike. Coaches should read it to understand what athletes are going (especially those of us who have been out of the competition game for a while), and athletes should read it to improve their performance and more importantly their ability to thrive as human beings. Highly recommend!
