Unless you are obsessed with the NY beats, this will be boring. I happen to be obsessed with many things... the NY beats being one of them.
Reading the letters by Burroughs is like looking into his brain. I loved it.

A great book but at times a slog to get through. This is real source material not necessarily read or refered to in other books or pieces. Great interviews, nice reproductions of original pages, etc. Highly recommended.
