The Morgan Brothers series was my first by Lauren Rowe and I was obsessed. When I learned Kat Morgan had her own trilogy, I had to listen. And after I listened to Sarah and Jonas story, I wanted it even more. I loved Josh Farday wayyyyy more than I thought I would. And Kat is just as amazing as I remember. This followed a lot of Jonas and Sarah’s story, just from Kat and Josh’s pov. I can’t wait to get more of them together! Going to the next one!
From the minute I laid eyes on Josh, I felt like I’d hopped aboard a bullet train. Well, it looks like our train just jumped the tracks. And now there’s only one possible outcome. Crash.

HO-LY FUCKBURGER SHITBALLS!
The Infatuation is the next installment of the Club Series that now follows the story of Josh & Kat and without a doubt, BY FAR, is THE BEST book I've EVER read!
I finished the book and then sat for an hour, just thinking of how the hell I could even put into words what I'd read!
This book has EVERYTHING!! From major laugh out loud humour, intense heart breaking moments, to an amazingly powerful build up of angst and tension that surged from the pages, and coated every fibre of my body to the intense OFF THE CHART heat that burns through this story and the characters. I feel there needs to be a disclaimer at the front of the book that says "Lauren Rowe is in no way responsible for any amount of ruined panties" because they will be ruined. Hell, infact it should just have a disclaimer that says "No panties are required while reading!!" -- Yes definitely the second one.
As always Lauren's writing and personality shows in her characters and within her story telling, making it a pleasure to read. I literally WANTED to read EVERY single word and I WANTED to FEEL every damn emotion. And I did, so much so that now I'm reeling, free falling in a bookworm bliss over such an OUTSTANDING read. My mind is numb, I have no words that can do it justice and I'm head over heels in love, not only with Josh (Oh Ma Guh...Josh!!!) but Kat too, she is EVERYTHING I envisioned and more!
I have been waiting so long for these books, to finally read Josh & Kat's adventure and wondered how Lauren could ever top Jonas & Sarah.
BUT she does it, in ONE book she smashes it!!!!
I honestly cannot put a rating on this book because it will always deserve more, 5 just aren't enough! I'm 100% in, totally addicted and utterly Infatuated!

The first four books of this series clearly stated that Kat and Josh already had their HEA. But I would never say no to reading what really happened in their own love story. Jonas and Sarah was excited that these two got together and this book is the best opportunity for me to get a peek at how they became them.
I loved the chemistry betweeb Josh and Kat. And I loved how they seemed to bask in that chemistry and seized the moment of just being together. They were put into each other's path because of his brother and her best friend's relationship. I loved how they took the opportunity to be together, unforgiving of any possible circumstances.
Hot, sweet, and fun. Who can say to this book especially if you know you are guaranteed a happy ever after in the end? Definitely not me.

Another one of Lauren Rowe's books I am just feeling underwhelmed by. It's not a bad book at all. It just good. I like all the characters in the books. I still say thank goodness I read The Morgan series first or maybe I wouldn't like any of these characters at all. It is kind of cheesy cringy writing and very very full of smut. Actually this book wasn't as full of smut and the last series was. There is a lot of smut talk but the action doesn't really happen until the end of the book. Once Josh and Kat finally decided to have sex then there was no stopping the smut. It was kind of nice in the beginning to not have every other chapter full of sexy time scenes. I have lately been skipping them. Not because I'm a prude but mostly because they kind of repeat from the series before. The Morgan series I didn't skip those sexy time scenes because they were hot as hell and full of sex but it was different. I truly think the writing was much better in that whole series.
She isn't a bad writer in this series or the one before with Jonas and Sarah but they seemed to be more focused on the sex and not the relationship. That's not the right words either but if you read them you will know what I mean. Her writing growth or experience is so much better in the Morgan Brother's series.
Kat and Josh meet and Josh is speechless. He said the most beautiful woman he's ever seen has just walked in the room and he has to have her. Kat also can't get over this amazing looking man. They meet when Jonas needs Josh in Vegas to help take down a prostitute ring that ends up being so much worse then just a prostitution ring. It borders on being a terrorist club supplying funds to help Russia (UK) gain weapons. It was a huge take down. All Josh wants to do is get into Kat's pants but she won't let him unless he shows her his application to The Club. The Club was supposed to be a daring site but Sarah discovered it wasn't for dating it set guys up with hookers. You had to send in detailed applications so they could get the right girl for the guy. Josh and Jonas joined this "dating site" not knowing the girls they were hooking up with her prostitutes. Josh didn't care while Jonas flipped out. Anyway Kat wanted to see Josh's app and he said no. The first 2/3 of this books was "show me you app and I'll let you kiss me or have sex with me" He would say no and so would she.
It was an okay book. Would I recommend it, not really. Unless you liked to read whole series and like me I started with the middle series so I backtracked to catch up. You don't have to at all.

5 ⭐️ I’m not the least bit ashamed to admit that this is my third time reading this entire series. It’s been the perfect fun and flirty book to return to when I’m having a bad week and need a guaranteed mood booster. This is not the greatest romance novel ever written but it’s without a doubt one of my favorites. I love Kat. I love Josh. I freaking love Peter Hennessy. I love how ridiculous the plot is (let’s rob a bank! here’s a million dollars!) and how steamy things get. This book always makes me laugh and it is such a fun escape. I would love nothing more than to be a part of this friend group.

I thought I'd like this book a lot more than I actually did. There were moments where I thought, just get to the point!! The I've read my fair of books ... this has vulgar words for 80%... and super sex obsessed.

I love Lauren Rowe’s humour and I always know that I am going to be laughing out loud when I read one of her books and this series is no different. It is this humour that really balances the angst and the heat within this series pages.
For those that are staunch fans of The Club Series, you will know that the first four books in this series centred around Jonas Faraday, Jonas was the serious one, the deep one, the sensitive one, the one that had been hurt by the past and relied on the loyalty and support of his brother to even focus and live at times, of course he now has his wife, Sarah, but Josh was always there and now it is his turn to shine.
Josh Faraday is a bit of a jack the lad, a playboy, but underneath that façade, a toned body and pretty face is a man that is also deep and has that mysterious air about him, he is an enigma. He was one pretty parcel I wanted to unwrap layer by layer until the question was answered. Who was Josh Faraday?
Kat is Sarah’s best friend and we have already seen interaction between these two through Jonas’s story. Kat was the party girl with a hyphen. Kat is the total opposite of Sarah, she is confident, sassy, can give as good as she gets and has a fantastic sense of humour. She can really go to bat against Josh and at times it was hard to see who had actually won. Their text messages, their phone calls all had me in hysterics at times as well as feeling that intense sexual chemistry that always surrounded them.
There is some crossover with Jonas’s story and I would highly recommend reading that series first, it also cements just how pivotal Josh and Kat are in Jonas and Sarah’s world. While some events were familiar seeing them through different eyes gave a fresh insight into the Faraday’s as a whole and not once did it feel repetitive.
Lauren Rowe really delivers with Josh and Kat’s story. This is one couple that you can’t help but fall in love with. Their rapport is undeniable, they feed off each other and their dialogue at times is like watching a game of tennis but with many laughs rather than oooo’s and ahhhh’s. But with this couple Lauren Rowe delivers another facet to their story, as ever, she delivers on the emotional and the angst. At times it was frustrating but you know you have to take the rough with the smooth, all relationships have their ups and downs and these two are no different. With that undeniable fire that rages between them both in and outside of the bedroom you knew that these two would be combustible.
So the question on everybody’s lips is who is your favourite Faraday? My answer…impossible choice. These brothers are totally different and are totally endearing in their own way. But one thing that Lauren Rowe delivered was another fantastic series. As each book Lauren Rowe releases comes out I can see the growth in her writing, that deeper emotional connection with her characters and her character development as a whole, intertwine that with all that zany kind of Lauren Rowe humour and you have a match made in heaven. Sometimes you just click with an author’s writing style and that is what I have done with Lauren Rowe, while some may say the fun factor is a bit over the top, for me it just has me in hysterics as it resonates deep with the child inside. So yes, I laughed a lot, I swooned a lot, I cried a lot but most of all I loved a lot. These characters have made such an impact and it is a sad day knowing that this series has come to an end. However, I am going to beg Lauren for Hen’s story. I want to know all about the man behind the computer, the geek, the nerd, but a man with a heart of gold.

Josh and Kat are here!!!! and WOW!!!!!!
The Infatuation is book #5 in the Club series and is Josh and Kat's book (1 of 3 for them).
What is great about Lauren Rowe the author, besides her talent for great characters and fast paced, intriguing plot lines is....She releases the trilogy quickly, This book, #5 is released today 1/5, book #6, The Revelation releases next week 1/12, and book #7, The Consummation, will be released 1/19. That's right, 3 books, 3 full novels, released in 3 weeks, not over the course of a year.
As a lover of The Club series by Lauren Rowe I eagerly awaited these spin off characters. In The 1st four club books Josh and Kat are secondary to Jonas and Sarah. I have to be honest here, I think I LOVE Josh and Kat more then eccentric Jonas and bad ass Sarah. The story start mid Club series, when Jonas calls Josh to help take down the Club.
Josh is nicknamed the Playboy by Kat on their first meeting, she is in turned nicknamed The Party Girl. They seem like an explosion waiting to happen. But when Kat learns that Josh was a member of the Club and an active participating, a lot, member her infatuation with reading the application leads to plenty of pent up frustrations on both parties.
Josh is the playboy and he lives up to it. After what he has been through who wouldn't be. Sometimes he needs to let of steam and let loose, the Club, was one of those times. Now, he is attracted to Kat, who he thinks is hottest woman he has ever seen and that says a lot. But...he isnt the type to share his secrets and is adamant that he wont let Kat read that application.
Kat is so attracted to Josh from the start but comments by him and that application are red-ish flags that she needs lowered before she will open herself up to him and her needs. He makes it hard with his actions, his sexiness and his damn body.
We get in this book a ton of steamy near miss opportunities as they both make it a game and neither is willing to give in to the other.
I love Lauren Rowe's writing I loved the Club series, I loved her dark genre book Countdown to Killing Kurtis (which was AWESOME), and so far with The Infatuation, with Josh & Kat, I am sucked in, locked and loaded for the rest of the series.

The Infatuation by Lauren Rowe is book 5 in The Club series. Focusing on Jonas' brother Josh Faraday, the Playboy, and Sarah's best friend Kat Morgan, the Party Girl with a Hyphen. This installment of the series focuses on Josh and Kat, picking up where The Club (Book 1) left off.
Let me just start by saying Ms. Rowe's going to ruin this reader for future book boyfriends. First, she gives us the emotionally sensitive and gorgeous Jonas Faraday who just pulled my heart-strings and now she's brought to life Josh Faraday. Behind his happy facade and well-toned abs, he is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. He has hidden depths, and like Kat I was wanting to find out more about the real Josh Faraday.
Telling the story from The Reclamation (Book 2) and part of The Redemption (Book 3) from both Josh and Kat's POVs, Ms. Rowe does an excellent job of keeping The Infatuation feeling new and separate from Jonas/Sarah's, which I enjoyed. Though I do suggest reading Books 1-3 first, or you will miss out on important events that involve Jonas/Sarah.
Josh and Kat meet because of Jonas, Sarah, and The Club. Immediately, there is a connection between the two, which develops via phone calls and text messages while apart. Then once they are together again to save the world, so to speak, the sexual tension and longing between them is nothing short of intense. Talk about foreplay!
These two characters are so similar: good-hearted, confidant, sexual, funny, both hurt from love and absolutely stubborn! You'll enjoy reading about these two well-matched opponents and their battle of wills. Who will win, the Playboy or the Party Girl with a Hyphen?
Being Part 1 in Josh and Kat's story, this was a great first book and the ending left me dying for the next book. I couldn't believe it just ended there! Thank goodness Ms. Rowe is not cruel because the next book comes out on January 12th. :)
Overall, The Infatuation, is a well-written continuation to a great series filled with humor, emotion, and deliciously sexy scenes that had me craving more (seriously, Josh and Kat are hot together). I definitely recommend.

Though I do suggest reading Books 1-3 first, or you will miss out on important events that involve Jonas/Sarah.
Josh and Kat meet because of Jonas, Sarah, and The Club. Immediately, there is a connection between the two, which develops via phone calls and text messages while apart. Then once they are together again to save the world, so to speak, the sexual tension and longing between them is nothing short of intense. Talk about foreplay!
These two characters are so similar: good-hearted, confidant, sexual, funny, both hurt from love and absolutely stubborn! You'll enjoy reading about these two well-matched opponents and their battle of wills. Who will win, the Playboy or the Party Girl with a Hyphen?
Being Part 1 in Josh and Kat's story, this was a great first book and the ending left me dying for the next book. I couldn't believe it just ended there! Thank goodness Ms. Rowe is not cruel because the next book comes out on January 12th. :)
Overall, The Infatuation, is a well-written continuation to a great series filled with humor, emotion, and deliciously sexy scenes that had me craving more (seriously, Josh and Kat are hot together). I definitely recommend.

Oh. My. Fucking. God, Batman. Daaaaayam!
I was in the middle of another book when The Infatuation blessed my reader with its presence. It took me a few days before I caved, but I couldn't hold out any longer. I'm a big fan of The Club series, and I have been eagerly waiting for Josh and Kat's story, so needless to say, I couldn't go another moment without diving into this book.
I'm seriously at the loss for words right now. For whatever it's worth, I'm sitting here with a stupid grin on my face... giddy with excitement that for 1.) this is another amazing book by, Lauren Rowe and 2.) because I only have to get through another 24 hours before the next installment shows up on my reader. If you haven't picked up any of Lauren's books, what the hell are you waiting for? Witty, hilarious, passionate, sexy, profound... there aren't enough words that could possibly describe how great her writing is.
I will not get into details of the book, only because I know that I will get too excited and probably slip in some spoilers. But what I will say is, get these books... read these books... get lost in the world of Josh and Kat, because once you're there, you'll never want to leave.

Holy Batman this book was phenomenal! I could not ask for anything more. The author delivered another bestseller with this book in my opinion! A must read!!!
The Infatuation begins Book 5 in The Club Series, and focuses on Josh and Kat's story. This book takes place essentially when Josh and Kat first meet, and starts out when everyone is in Vegas dealing with The Club business. What starts out as an instant attraction between the two, becomes a game of one-upping the other. They go back and forth with some pretty devious ways to make each other admit how much they are attracted to one another, and how much they want to get dirty in every way imaginable.
These two are masters of manipulation and getting what they want without fail, yet they have come up against their greatest opponent-each other. Kat comes up with an ingenious plan for getting Josh to let her inside his head, but Josh is determined to get Kat to succumb to his charms without meeting her list of terrorist demands. This book is extremely hilarious! The lengths to which these two go to is nothing short of evil, but it's obvious they are enjoying every minute of it. It is the most extended foreplay they have ever endured.
Let me just say that if you read the first few books in The Club series, you will still be surprised by how HOT this book is!!! It just might make your kindle explode. If you thought Jonas and Sarah were kinky, Josh and Kat take things to a whole new level. I love the way that they learn about each other's deepest, darkest desires. The things they never even admitted to anyone else.
This book is really the set up for the foundation of their relationship-neither one is looking for anything serious when they meet, they just want a little bit of fun until things have run their course. You know what they say about best laid plans though...the more they spend time together, the more they want to know about what makes the other tick. They finally start to see that there is more to the Party-Girl with a Hyphen and the Playboy than they originally thought.
This part of The Club series is very different from Jonas and Sarah's story, although you will learn some new information about that part of the story line, as well as see some new and old faces. There isn't a whole lot of Kat and Sarah time in this book, but throughout this part of the series there is a lot more Josh and Jonas to see. I found this part especially interesting. We all know what Jonas endured as a child, and we got a glimpse of Josh's past, but this book really starts to showcase how Josh's personality and lifestyle developed as a result.
I really love how generous Josh is, both with his time, money and his compassion towards his brother. Although I don't always like how he "jokingly" puts Jonas down, it is obvious to see how much he loves him. Josh has made it a mission to take care of Jonas' health and well-being. Even to the detriment of himself at times. He has a big heart, and he is very smart in his own ways. He is self-deprecating, funny, strong, and loyal.
Kat really does have a heart of gold. She is extremely loyal to those she loves. She's very creative, sensuous, caring, bold, hilarious, and strong. She's not afraid to be exactly who she is, even if she thinks and talks like a dude sometimes. Though she has been hurt a lot in her past, she learns to overcome the pain and let someone into her innermost sanctum. She is also able to see past the facade that Josh wears in front of everyone else, including his own brother, to help him experience things he never thought he could.
This book is exactly what you would expect from the author yet bigger and bolder. She is not afraid to push the envelope, and to take you on an unexpected journey you could have never imagined. This is the perfect start to the continuing story of Josh and Kat, and I absolutely cannot wait for more!!! Peeling back the layers on these two is going to be incredibly intriguing and erotic. Be prepared for anything!

Ich muss leider gestehen, dass ich das Buch nach 30% abbrechen musste. Es war leider überhaupt nicht mein Buch und normalerweise versuche ich zumindest bis zur Hälfte zu lesen, aber das habe ich hier einfach nicht geschafft. Die Charaktere sind beide total unsympathisch, denken zusammenhangslos, total oberflächlich und haben den Kopf immer nur beim Sex, obwohl andere Dinge passieren. Außerdem gab es sofort einen Instant-Love-Moment auf den ersten zwei Seiten, bei dem mir ebenfalls auch einfach nur übel wurde.
Wie auch beim restlichen Geschreibe. Nicht einmal der Schreibstils ist nämlich gut, ich vermisste Wortwitz oder generell einen geistreichen Kommentar. Und diese ganzen furchtbaren Übertreibungen dieser Anziehungen und die Gedanken der Protos dazu, waren einfach nur grausam. Jeder dritte Satz fing mit „Oh Gott“, „er ist so heiß“ und „ich war noch nie so erregt“ an, obwohl die nur telefoniert oder sich vielleicht 5 Minuten überhaupt gesehen / geredet haben. *Kopf gegen die Wand schlag*

SCORCHING HOTNESS!!!
I have to say, I really didn't expect Josh and Kat's story to reach the magnitude of love that I have for Jonas and Sarah's, but by golly it truly went beyond. I almost feel bad for saying that, but the truth is the truth. These two are just completely on a different level. Their chemistry is just so intense that you can't help but feel every motion that they both have. It was so fun reading their banter back and forth and you just knew that when these two finally did come together that it would be an epic explosion. Lauren Rowe definitely did not disappoint. I literally did not put this book down until I was finished and then I was mad at myself for reading so fast because of course in true Lauren Rowe fashion, I was left completely in awe and hungry for the next book to find out what happens. There is so much more that I want to say about this book, but I'm afraid that I would give too much away and I would never want to ruin this amazing experience for anyone. I of course give this book 5 stars because that is all it will allow me to give, but it truly deserves a million stars!

We meet Josh and Kat in The Club series. If you don't read the Club series your crazy. That series is so addictive plus Jonas is freaking hot. If you can't read it you won't really need it to understand Josh and Kats story.
Josh is Jonas twin brother who dates Sarah Kat's best friend. Josh is a play boy who has met his match in Kat. He calls her his play girl. I love how Kat is a sexual person and is not shy about it.
Warning it ends with a cliffhanger and its filled with alot of sexual tension. At times I was tired of Kat asking for Josh's application to the Club. I have no idea how she held out for so long.
I do wish we hear more about Henn and Reed. They are close friends of Josh. My heart broke for Henn when he realized Kat wanted Josh.
Now I bow down to Lauren Rowe. Her writing is just so original and real. She makes me speechless with her words.

I wasn't sure if I would like this as much as the Morgan Brothers series, but I did! Kat Morgan is the only girl in the family of all boys. So far... Lauren Rowe can do no wrong in my eyes. She is so good! Her books are the perfect mix of sexy and humor. Her characters are so fantastic and so much fun! I'm not sure if I like her more as a narrator or author. I've listened to all of her books instead of reading the physical copies, and I wouldn't have it any other way. On to the 2nd book of the Josh and Kat Trilogy.

Fans of doe eyed, small, weak, needy heroine's stop reading and move on as Kat Morgan is anything but... she's Sarah's best friend and she is feisty with a capital F! I absolutely adore her, she is my adopted BFF, we need a good girlie night out, dancing shoes and Patron a requirement! I find it difficult in books to warm to female characters, there is never that instant bond between us, it's something that grows as I turn the pages, however, not Kat, I loved her in The Club trilogy (Jonas & Sarah's story) and prayed she would get her own book, I nearly pee'd my pants when I found out she was getting 3 (or 4 you never know with Lauren). In the looks department Kat is probably everything I should despise, blue eyes, long blonde hair, killer body, but it's her personality, she is just a more beautiful me ;)
Josh Josh Josh, they should be renamed the Fahrenheit brothers as they are scorching, Jonas is my love monkey, but Josh is quickly nipping at his heels, he is strong, powerful, super sexy all alpha and dirty as they come! He's a playboy, and what do you get when you put together a playboy and party-girl, electricity that could power a small country.
The book goes back to the very first moments Josh eyes Kat walking across the room towards him, her beauty, her charm and her no nonsense straight talking, she is the perfect match for Josh. The book starts to fill in all the little puzzle pieces left in my head from the previous books and how they eventually hooked up, snippets of moments together they shared, that you didn't really focus on previously or pay attention too as they weren't the central characters are all revealed plus a whole load more of WTF’s. I can't really go into the plot as I would just ruin it, you need to read for yourself.
The Infatuation has everything you’d expect from Lauren’s books, it has drama, belly laughs (plenty of those), emotion, off the charts hot sex. Lauren never disappoints and then it ends and you want to throttle her, but fortunately we don't have to wait too long for The Revelation.

What a way to end the new year!! I finished the audible version today, and it's out of this world. It is officially my last book of 2015 and it rocked my world. Lauren Rowe can write some of the hottest yet absolutely LOL funniest books you will ever read.
We get to hear Kat and Josh's side of the story and how they finally got to hooking up. And boy was it hot. You all know the story, so I won't bore you with details you already know. I'm just gonna tell you to one click this book asap and I especially recommend the audible version. Lauren is the best narrator hands down that I've come across, and I listen to a ton of audio books. Get those one click fingers ready and get ready to have your panties spontaneously combust!!!

Holy Batman!! I have to say this is the best book so far in the club series, Lauren Rowe has out done herself. I read this book in one sitting, it has loads of laugh out loud moments. The sex was panty melting hot and has one of the best sex scenes I've ever read. The chemistry between Josh and Kat is off the charts even while waiting for them to seal the deal. There's a lot of witty banter between the couple which is awesome, but the ending! It leaves you wanting and NEEDING to know what happens next. Definately one of the best books I've read

Holy Hell! This book is hilarious, smart and crazy sexy! I never thought any book hero could compare to Jonas but Josh has stolen my heart as well. In a much different way. Kat is one amazing chick. One I would definitely want as a bestie! The sexual tension and banter between Josh and Kat is orgasmic. You can't get any better than a fabulous story line, strong funny characters and off the charts chemistry. Hands down, one of the absolute best books I have ever read! Cheers to you Lauren Rowe, you've made history with this one!

AHHHH! I know Ms. Rowe loves her cliffhangers, but AHHH, HOW COULD SHE LEAVE IT LIKE THAT?! AHHHH! I mean, I have The Revelation, so there's no waiting but still, GARGH CLIFFHANGER!
Okay, I'm - ARGH - done shouting now and now that I'm done, I don't know what to say. I knew that we would be left hanging and I realized that the next book is called The Revelation, but I still figured because of the way it was going that we would get what was revealed before the end of this book and right as we're about to - GAH, IT ENDS!!! IT JUST ENDS!! I know I said I was finished yelling and I'm sorry for the unintentional lie and also for not making much sense but I don't want to give out any spoilers, but I'm sure that you'll know what I'm taking about if you've read Jonas and Sarah's books and if you haven't, you really need to because there will be spoilers, but mostly just because they are AH-MAZ-ING!
I feel like I'm rambling, so let's just get on to The Infatuation. I have wanted to read Josh and Kat's story ever since they met in The Reclamation. The chemistry between them was immediate, off the charts, and there was so much HOT sexual tension! It was obvious that they should and would be together - I mean seriously, The Playboy and The Party Girl with a Hyphen? It's a total match made in heaven and when they finally come together - it's like BOOM - mondo, major, massive explosion!!
Of course, The Infatuation is about more than just that high sexual tension and inevitable super explosion and it definitely wasn't everything I expected. We get to see a side to Kat and Josh that we've only gotten hints of before and sides that we haven't seen at all. There's much more to this Playboy and Party Girl than you might think and I can't wait to get even more inside their heads and see all of them!

Okay, I'm - ARGH - done shouting now and now that I'm done, I don't know what to say. I knew that we would be left hanging and I realized that the next book is called The Revelation, but I still figured because of the way it was going that we would get what was revealed before the end of this book and right as we're about to - GAH, IT ENDS!!! IT JUST ENDS!! I know I said I was finished yelling and I'm sorry for the unintentional lie and also for not making much sense but I don't want to give out any spoilers, but I'm sure that you'll know what I'm taking about if you've read Jonas and Sarah's books and if you haven't, you really need to because there will be spoilers, but mostly just because they are AH-MAZ-ING!
I feel like I'm rambling, so let's just get on to The Infatuation. I have wanted to read Josh and Kat's story ever since they met in The Reclamation. The chemistry between them was immediate, off the charts, and there was so much HOT sexual tension! It was obvious that they should and would be together - I mean seriously, The Playboy and The Party Girl with a Hyphen? It's a total match made in heaven and when they finally come together - it's like BOOM - mondo, major, massive explosion!!
Of course, The Infatuation is about more than just that high sexual tension and inevitable super explosion and it definitely wasn't everything I expected. We get to see a side to Kat and Josh that we've only gotten hints of before and sides that we haven't seen at all. There's much more to this Playboy and Party Girl than you might think and I can't wait to get even more inside their heads and see all of them!

So...Do you know what a Sybian is??? You're about to. Holy hell Ms Rowe!!! I didn't think any couple could deliver a hotter sex scene than Jonas and Sarah but in strut Josh and Kat and effing nail it! I'm still sweating and my heart is still pounding.
Ok so I have to first declare my huge girl crush for Ms Rowe. I've been anxiously awaiting Josh and Kat's story for so long and I was not disappointed. The writing is just as strong in book 1 of this new trilogy. This author gives you EVERYTHING! There were so many laugh my ass off moments but the intrigue keeps you turning pages feverishly. We were so close to FINALLY finding out what was in Josh's application but then...NOOOOO!!!! Super awesome cliffhanger.
Love Kat! She's so sassy, feisty, and unapologetically sexual. This is the chick with a body every girl would kill for but a dirty mind that rivals any man's.
"There's nothing better than taking a cocky guy down a peg. It's kinda my specialty, actually."
"I'm not a girl who likes to be chewed up and spit out by any man. If anyone's gonna do the chewing up and spitting out, then it's gonna be me."
Then there is delicious Josh who takes a double take at this girl of his dreams and doesn't look back. Kat has him so twisted up the poor guy doesn't know what to do with himself.
"This girl's...oh my God. She's the precise sum if parts I'd order at the Build-a-Girl store if there was such a thing."
Now, don't think this is just a sexy mindless read. That's not how Momma Rowe works. In a sea of drivel out there this author actually writes though provoking story lines and if she has to add on a few sex scenes that leave your panties soaked then so be it. If you haven't read the first 4 Club books what are you waiting for. I wouldn't say it's a must be you are going to appreciate this so much more if you do.
And the cruel cliffhanger is so much easier to swallow knowing we will pick this train wreck up in only 1 week's time. I can only imagine the hot sexy mess that awaits Josh and Kat. YOLO people!!!

January 5, 2016When I heard that Josh and Kat were going to get their own book, I was so excited. And after reading book 1 of their story. OMG, it is wayyy good. Josh is definitely one dirty boy for his Kat. This doesn’t eclipse Jonas and Sarah’s story/books, do not take what I am saying as that they are but it is a whole another level of HAWTNESS . Let me say Josh gets down and dirty, his dominant side comes to pay when it comes to his woman. I love getting to see how Josh and Kat got together and what brought them together way back when. It is so exciting.
When reading this story, we see that Master Josh Faraday is a man who is never told no, and is used to getting whatever he wants, including women. And now the woman that he has set his sights on is Kat---What is awesome is they are discovering each other as the Jonas & Sarah story is going on. I get chills reading this story because here we have the Party Girl and The Playboy, two people who want different things in life and when they meet, its instant chemistry and super heat. What I love is watching two different people fall in lust and then the ties start going on with them and draw them further into each other which mean love is following. The dirty, naughty, sexual things that go on in this story are insanely great and I have to hand it to author Lauren Rowe that she is able to keep it on the same time line as Jonas & Sarah’s story.
I cannot wait to read Books 2 & 3 in Josh and Kat’s ongoing story. I can tell it is going to be GOOD; I definitely highly recommend this to any that loved The Club series and if you were anticipating Josh and Kat’s story-well, you will be blown away by how great book 1 is. Now, I am eagerly awaiting books 2 & 3.

Holy shit! I have loved The Club series from the beginning and this book is no different. If anything I think I love Josh and Kat's story than the first 3 books. If you have not read the first 3 books you really need to or you will be lost. The Club is very important and you need to know what it is and what it's about. And yes.... there's a massive cliffhanger!
Josh. Hot damn that man is sexy as sin. Not only that he has an incredible sense of humor. I love that in a man. He's so funny and light-hearted that you can't help but fall for him. Even though he's all those things he has a big heart and loves his family with all of it and would do anything to keep them happy. He has a dark past and only wants a bright future. He's so damn cocky and sure of himself. Best thing is... he can back it up and then some.
Katherine... little miss Kitty Kat. I love the hell outta that chick. She's bad ass and beautiful. She is definitely a match for Josh. Those two together freaking melt the damn pages. Their sexual chemistry is off the charts. She gives as good as she gets and that's what Ole Josh needs.
This book was amazing. From one page to the next I couldn't get enough. I was completely enamored with it. Lauren Rowe is brilliant with her words. Of course I want to scream and kick about the ending but to me that just makes a good book a great book. So glad this was my first read of 2016. Hold on to your panties ladies because Josh Faraday is coming!

Josh & Kat play the "game", "dance-the-dance" that had me fanning myself many times as well as laughing out loud.
Lauren Rowe, you continue to WOW me! "Infatuation" is everything I'd hoped it would be when you said you were writing Josh & Kat's story...and MORE! Worth the short wait!
In this book, we are reintroduced to Henn in Las Vegas, but Lauren lets us get to know him a bit more in this book, which was great. The scene between Henn, Josh & Kat in Josh's suite had me almost peeing in my pants laughing. Good stuff.
The use of movie quotes was hilarious!
