Fun and informative for all ages.

I bought the book for my eight-year-old niece but found myself equally engrossed in it. Every page is filled with beautiful images and clear, lucid writing.

The book starts with interesting trivia about Mars' place in our solar system, then takes us through the historical naming of Mars by various ancient civilizations. Then it delves into Mars exploration, Mars missions of the past, and goes on to discuss various spacecrafts, concluding with the challenges of living in space.

All this information is presented in easily digestible, bite-sized pieces, making it easy to understand even for a child, while being interesting enough for adults as well.

I highly recommend this book for the curious child in your life. Apart from whetting your child's appetite in science, you will find yourself flipping through the pages for the sheer beauty of Martian images, giving you enough material to imagine future Mars trips.

I look forward to reading other books from this author.
