Unclutter Your Spirit: How Your Stuff Is a Treasure Map to Your Inner Wisdom

Rate this book
What if the stuff in your home was much more than just… stuff ? What if the things around you were a direct map to what’s going on inside your beliefs, your resistance, your story of your past, your fears and doubts, and also your joy and your connection to your inner wisdom?

Your home has the power to show you where you’re on track – and off track – and bring you back into alignment. In the process of cleaning up your physical stuff, you connect with your inner wisdom, unlock your creativity, raise your vibration, and create room for what you want more of in your life.

The real magic lies in the combination of clearing clutter and clearing the attachments you have to your stuff at the same time. The attachments are the inner blocks, limiting beliefs, and unprocessed memories that keep you stuck at a subconscious level. Using mind-body techniques, such as muscle testing and tapping, you can release inner blocks you weren’t even aware of, that affect every aspect of your life.

This book will help use the everyday items in your home as a treasure map to uncover hidden resistance to growth and development; unravel old stories that are no longer serving you, and release your past; let go of limitations that get in the way of your authentic self; release what no longer serves physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual; expand your comfort zone and reach your unlimited potential; come into alignment with who you really are.

Drawing on a combination of practical clutter-clearing exercises, mind-body techniques, and spiritual wisdom, Unclutter Your Spirit encourages and inspires you to reach your next level of personal and professional growth by releasing what no longer serves you.

Love this book! So much of what the book talks about resonates with me deeply. It confirmed what I learned from my own house fire experience that clearing our clutter frees us from physical, emotional, and mental burdens which leads us to a transformational journey.

Love the book explains how our stuff is not just stuff but a roadmap reflecting what is inside of us. The Unclutter Your Spirit Process provides readers the tool of 6 simple steps that really works! Just a few days after reading the book, I started clear the clutter of my desk where all the bills piled up. That feels soooo good. Yay!

Enlightening

Clearly this is not just about removing one's household clutter. The main jest of this book is how to use the clutter to discover the setbacks of your life. Though I feel I am freely clutter free there are still a couple of areas of my home AND life that I wish to avoid...I dread to tackle. Now I feel I have the tools to face such tasks. More importantly, I will be able to discover why I feel this way.

This author helped me discover hidden 'secrets' about why I was holding on to so much stuff. I discovered and learned to heal the emotional baggage I had associated with the physical baggage of 'stuff' I did not need or want but could not let go of. And, this all happened right up front in the book. It didn't take long for me to be "in it", learning, growing, healing and letting things go. She made a difference in my life and I am so grateful to now own this book.

I loved The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo, and this builds on it by adding a bit more body compass and internal processing - great quick read.

Wow

Really went deep, in clearing your physical space, as well as your mental clutter. I have read about tapping before, but never got the bare bones this is what you do. I will be trying this.
