Actually not bad at all.
I thought the art was suitable for this story.
Betty was ugly but honestly she was never pretty in the 60s either.
Her father was a tyrant and honestly she is enabling him, she even has a picture of his on her bedside cabinet.
The changes Paul Jenkins did to the story here made it much more satisfying and personal.
I like that we didn't focus on Rick Jones either, the age of sidekicks is over and he was never even a good character or a good side kick.

This one isn't as good as the one for Captain America. The glimpse of Bruce's father was painful to see, though.
