About the author

Marissa Farrar is a multi-published romance and fantasy author. She was born in Devon, England, loves to travel and has lived in both Australia and Spain. She now resides in the countryside with her husband, three children, a crazy Spanish dog, two rescue cats and six hens. She has a degree in Zoology, but her true love has always been writing.

Marissa is the author of sixteen novels, including the dark vampire ‘Serenity’ series. Her short stories have been accepted for a number of anthologies including, Their Dark Masters, Red Skies Press, Masters of Horror: Damned If You Don’t, Triskaideka Books; and 2013: The Aftermath, Pill Hill Press.

A box set of short stories which are easy to read..There's lots of sex scenes, some violence but each story is completely different. Not all of them were to my taste but with lots of different characters throughout the books will please different people.

Another fantastic collection of short stories from the fab Brit Babes. All Brit Bad Boys but with one thing in common - they all have a heart.

Carved In Ink -Art finds out his landlady has passed away and left his building to her niece. Will he be able to get on with some stuck up yank?

Fast Lust - Gloria is a lifestyle reporter sent to report on a round of the British Superbikes. Trying to make the most of a bad thing Gloria seeks out to find a good story and ends up finding Rafe, the bad boy of Superbikes. Can Gloria get a story out of him or will Rafe prove his reputation correct?

In Training - Set up by her boss to take part in a Big Brother style fitness show, Lauren is not pleased by the choice of fitness instructor. Wolf Jennings is big, brash and a bully. Rough'n'Tough - Eyeing up the hired help was not going to help Carmel to revise for exams. In fact she was surprised her father had even trusted to two guys, who were clearly from the the travelling community. Despised and definitely not trusted by many of the locals, it really wasn't a good idea to even think about the long haired, bronzed body, tattooed guy currently working on her fathers land.

Harper is walking in the village he and his community are currently stopping in. He sees the woman from the paid job being harassed by some chinless wonder and go to help out.

Shaken by the incident Carmel cannot shake the smell nor the sight of Harper. Will she be brave enough to throw caution to the wind and take her chance to have a slice of naughty?

This is a set compiled of several very sexy although short stories. Very entertaining. I am leaving a review for 6 of the 7.

Carved in Ink by Marissa Farrar
I absolutely loved this story. We get a young woman who inherits a tattoo shop from her late aunt. Only one problem Theresa must move to London.
Art is the tenant, and he is hiding a bit about things from his new landlord. One night almost ruins things for this couple. Fantastic, hot, sexy short read. I hope there is more to this one.

Fast Lust By Lucy Felthouse
New to me author:
Gloria is a reporter but not an exciting one until her boss has no choice but to send her into the lion's den so to speak. Her job is to interview a biker. Now how to do that?
She wants the underdog and thinks she has found it with Rafe or has she? Another really sexy read.

Heavy Metal Lust by Victoria Blisse
New to me author:
This story is hot! We get a younger man with an older woman. He is a rocker, and she is a single mom. Very sexy read indeed.


Innocent Lies by Lexie Bay
New to me author:
This story is not only sexy and hot it's suspenseful and a bit dark.
Raine is the daughter of a mobster who after losing his wife has become evil. Her brother Archie is no help and when daddy dearest passes her brother becomes just like dear old dad.
Enter Tommy, another mobster but one with a heart? This story is one heck of a good read.

In Training by K D Grace
New to me author:
Lauren is one heck of a PR person, so she is thrown big time when her boss puts her smack dab into a reality tv show. Wolf is a trainer and actor with a successful business.
He is all on board for this reality show until the woman he is to be training is someone he wants more than to train.
Sexy, and Hot!

The Gamesman by Tabitha Rayne
A Scottish Gamer and a Journalist what more could you want? Although Harriett wants Archie, he isn't feeling her the same way. This was one scorching short read.

The heroine inherits a building with a tattoo shop and the grumpy tattoo ship owner. The hero is a bit too hot and cold for me but it is an enjoyable read.

I enjoyed this peek into British Motorcross with a romance between a reporter and motor cross rider.

Heavy Metal Lust by Victoria Blisse

Younger Rocker Hero with an older single mom heroine. Fun stuff that would have made for a good longer romance.

Mobster Romance. Not my favorite.

Reality show back drop in this quick fun romance.

I always have fun at the Highland Games! Could have had a bit more development but a fun one.

A Fantasic Sexy & Hot read.

Well i was pleasantly susprised by these short storys,there was great deal of hot sexy,bad boys,i mean what more could you want in a book.
I loved all the different storys by a lot of authors i had not heard of, and what better way to introduce these fabulous authors than with a taste of there own sytle of writting,so you get to know them.
Each story was unigue and they was all enjoyable ,but i do have two that were my favouites.....
Carved in Ink by Marissa Farrar,which for me she didn't dissappoint with her characters and the sexy story and how it unfoldeed,loved Art and how he portrayed himself to be a sexy bad boy but underneath he had a heart of gold.
Innocent Lies by Lexie Bay,she is a new author to me but i loved this story as it wasn't only sexy but hot and very dark which i love in a book,and Tommy was one hot sexy mobster bad boy who fell for Raine in a big way.
I will definitily be looking out for this auther in the future.
This is worth having a read to see the different style of writting from severn different Authors,you want be dissappointed if you like hot,sexy,british bad boys with sexy accents to died for.

This is a collection of sexy, short stories by different authors. The stories are varied although all fit the Bad Boys theme. The heroes are hot,and the sex smoking. Given that the story form is short the stories are all well written with enough complexity to keep the reader interested and without compromising the story by rushing the endings.
There is for me one stand out story and a couple of the others are really good, There was one in this set that I didn't like much but I am not giving these stories individual ratings as they are sold as a collection and I feel should be rated as such.
There are a couple of authors here that I was unfamiliar with and I will be seeking out more from these as well as the ones that I already know and love.
Definitely a good collection and a good taster.

This is a great box set of sexy bad boy reads.
Carved in Ink by Marissa Farrar - Loved this story of Theresa the new owner of a tattoo shop and Art the bad boy tattoo artist such a bad combination that is so very good together.
Fast Lust By Lucy Felthouse - This is the first I have read by this author and will be looking out for more. Gloria is a reporter and Rafe bad boy is a biker that she ends up interviewing...wow what an interview.
In Training by K D Grace -What a very hot reality show story about Lauren and Wolf a must read.
I recommend this set of books if you like hot and sexy bad boys and who doesn't.

Carved in Ink by Marissa Farrar.

Really nice, sweet story that reminds you to look beyond the surface. I absolutely loved Art, I loved his passion, the way he whole heartedly did things and his outlook on life. I thought he was absolutely adorable. I loved how they were just right together, limited false drama and a real sense of meeting your other half.

Marissa's writing style is simple but she writes characters. Really great characters.

A gorgeous story.

As the title suggests, British Bad Boys is a boxset of short stories by varying authors. Each one tells the story of a different British bad boy. There's a mixture of hotness to go around. You have a biker, tattoo artist, Irish gypsy, basically take a bad boy, add a female and you've got yourself a plethora of hot and heavy, British style.

I loved the different take on what the authors deem a 'bad boy.' The bad boys themselves were very much what a British fella seems to be like - just without the stupid.

I have to admit that not all the stories were to my taste but that's the great thing about the box set, it's eclectic.

I'd definitely read more by these authors though, if even a little snippet gets me going, imagine what a whole novel would do.

I loved this collection of wicked, sexy bad boys and the women who love them just the way they are.

Be warned though, these stories are not to be read in public. Unless of course that's your thing.

I enjoyed the stories included in the set. You get all kinds of bad boys. I liked the variety of characters including a biker and mobster which are two of my favorites. The stories are quick reads that deliver plenty of heat.

This is a great collection that you can dip in and out of. What girl doesn't like a sexy bad boy? With so many different stories there will be something for everyone. Each story is stand alone and well written. Wham bam thank you mam
