CARTER After years of heading an elite Special Forces unit, nothing ever gets past Carter Macmillan…until the night slick-talking reporter, Ally Weaver, gives him the slip.
RHYS No one understands secrets like Rhys Vaughn. Known for his cold efficiency, he’s notorious for having been the best Special Forces interrogator in the field. There’s no one he can’t break…until Rhys comes face to face with injured scientist, Tessa Rosenthal, the only person who has ever managed to see past his frigid shell.
JAKE Ex-Special Forces operative Jake Thorne has never backed down from a fight…not until the day that a momentary lapse of judgment led to tragedy. Since then he’s been hiding at the bottom of a bottle, far away from the pity of those closest to him. But all that changes the night a beautiful stranger crashes his lonely roadhouse booth pleading for his help.
MASON After a wildly successful career in Special Forces, Mason Wright has come to believe that there is no puzzle he can’t solve, no problem he can’t fix, no person he can’t charm. But all that changes the day he’s assigned the task of stopping suspected cat burglar Sara Baumgartner from stealing one of the world’s most famous diamonds.
BOWIE Bowie Tamatoa is used to flying solo. After an infamous Special Forces career, he’s far more comfortable keeping his emotions under wraps and letting his fists do the talking. But every fortress has a weak spot, and Bowie is no different.
*** Part romantic comedy, part thriller, and filled with plenty of intrigue, the Sinner Saints box set a complete collection of Adrienne Bell's contemporary romance series. Each book in the series is also available separately. ***
Absolutely loved this series. Carter is book one.. his book starts off the series.. it's good but not my favorite. Rhys is book two..this book focuses on two throw together and they have to learn to trust eachother. This book is 3rd on my list of favs from this series. Jake is book 3.. he is one sexy Sinner/Saint. Verity gives Jake a run for his heart. This couple is all about passion lots of angst in this story. Jake is 2nd favorite of this series. Book Four is Mason and Sara... their story is fun, magical, chemistry is off the charts between these characters. Author throws James aka Hook into this story which makes James really interesting character. This book is tied in second place in my opinion of this series. Bowie is book five...save the best for last. His one true love is Charlie..but this hunk of alpha Male is too stubborn to admit it.. Charlie is a fun character and has secretly been playing matchmaker since book one. Bowie at times I wanted to smack upside his head because he is so dense.. and poor Charlie is so in love with him that she second guesses everything because he shows no interest. This story is sexy, funny and lots of action. Loved this story Favorite one of the series plus James one name only makes quite a bit of appearances in Bowie. I recommend Sinner Saints but get the box set that way you can read all five books in one shot. Happy Reading!!!

This set was interesting, the suspenses kept me interested, the characters were likable, and each romance was satisfying HFN's. That said, there were many questions left unanswered in each book, there were some obvious TSTL actions, and even though the guys were supposed to pretty much be superheroes they made some big faux pas' from a special ops security aspect that took me out of the flow of the story, but the biggest con was the last story that just ended with little to no fanfare, so it was jarring. It should've had all the gang together reveling in the big takedown, and/or a scene with Charlie's family, or something that reunited everyone, but those things didn't happen. Oh, and the whole "Sinner Saints" thing was a not a thing. It was only mentioned a couple of times in this whole volume. The name of their agency was Macmillan Security. And for the first few books there was no "brotherhood" feel. They seemed antagonistic and distrustful of each other and their women mostly. It wasn't until the third or forth books that that changed. This set is only good if your looking for a way to pass the time, but is easily put-downable. Sorry.
No plot spoilers No real potential triggers There is a fair bit of violence but very little swearing. There are some sex scenes (hot ones) The characterisation is great, the author manages to draw you into the storyline within the first few paragraphs, and keeps you turning the pages. There is just the right balance between show and tell and as the stories are sequential you get the pleasure of one long book delivered in segments surrounding each member of the team. I won't lie, I didn't expect very much from the book considering the price but I was so pleasantly surprised, there isn't a single grammatical or editorial error that I can recall and the content kept me engrossed. I will be purchasing more by this author, mostly because I need to learn more about James!
Fantastic series. Kicks off with a bang and keeps the interest and intensity throughout. All standalone, but beneficial to read the whole series due to continuing mystery storylines.
So well written and edited. Strong men, equally gutsy women, heat, and action. The whole package for me! Highly recommended.
I absolutely loved this series! It was terrible from the aspect, because it kept me up late at night reading. I really lived all the guys, but in my opinion Bowls/Charlie is the best. (Although Jake/Verity was up there also). You can’t help but root for all the guys The boxed set is the best way to enjoy this series, because you can so easily go from one to the next
This is the first time I’ve read this author and while on lockdown I got to read the whole box set. No disappointment there. So glad the girl got the guy in the end and all the women weren’t wall flowers which made it all the more delightful.
These books were very interesting. The characters were good. I would enjoy reading more from this author. It was hard to put them down, they definitely kept my attention.
I loved all of the heroes and their ladies the stories was exciting just the perfect amount of action and romance well done. I would love to read more stories like this.
This was a great box set. Loved each book in the series. Did not want them to end. Really enjoyed the action and the romance scenes!!!! Hot, hot, hot!!!!
I was glad that I could read all these books in one take. They lead right into each other so you had character development the whole time. Stories were good too. Enjoyed this!
