Navina had learned much in such a short time, and yet there was still more that she needed to know. So many questions that just had to have answers; but she had help now. A Demon and his mate. A Witch, she had come to call friend, and a Valkyrie, whose own quest had brought them all together.
Malice had spent months searching for Marena, only to find her locked in an endless slumber; and in the care of an old friend. 59 books11 followersI've always been told I have a wild imagination! And what better way to release some of those pent up ideas, than by adding them to paper to create a one of a kind story.
I've always dabbled in writing, creating intricate webs of storyline to excite my friends, though it wasn't until recently that I was able to put them out there for others to read. I for one love reading, and will read just about anything.
Above all though, my family is my world, by blood or by marriage, or just by being there, spending time with me and mine, family means the most to me! And hey as it turns out, they all think I'm wild and crazy too!
So what started out as a way to put a few of my books, printed and published on my own shelves, has turned into something I can't put down, and led to so many other possibilities.

Second book in the Legends series, and it did not disappoint. Again we follow Navina and her need to know who and what she is. And why she is connected to her mate Lync. But also help the people who have helped her get this far survive a war.
A great strong story, more twists and turns, more back story of scattered memories and as always the strong presence of Mal, Mia, Nyx and Kember... but we also have new characters to love or loath.
Both authors have done a wonderful job of melding the characters into strong entertaining reads, with action, love and clever humour thrown in.
If the rest of the series is as good as these first two books they will go far, as they are adept story tellers. Once you start reading you will be hooked.

The excitement continues as Mr. McQuillen & Ms. Reitsma have so richly spun this saga as Navina bears a heavy burden-she MUST figure out how to help her friends in a quest to save their home which is in danger of being destroyed again. And Malice is in turmoil over it all, and Marena still lies in a coma-like sleep:will she ever awaken? Read this fabulously written novel & find out! You won't be disappointed! Loved it!!!
