Series, The Unwelcome Trilogy, and the latest addition, the Shadow Directive series, including Predator Dominion.

Whether it's a global genetic conspiracy, an ancient civilization buried beneath modern myths, or a killer storm trapping a wrongly accused man, R.D.'s books deliver the adrenaline, mystery, and emotional depth that fans of Michael Crichton, Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child, and James Rollins crave.

When not writing, R.D. teaches martial arts, runs with her dogs, and tends to her garden. Under the pen name Sadie Hobbes, she also writes sharp, fast-paced urban fantasy thrillers.

I so enjoyed having the team all back together plus the romances between Laney/Drake and Jake/Mary Jane. Can't wait to start on #11 as these are so much fun to read.

And the Plot thickens

I thought my heart would stop on at least three times in this latest installment. Love love love Drake, time for Jake to move over. Needed a little more character development on Hakeem. Saysma /Elizabetha the transgender will never will he/she doesn't have Drake as a side kick from a past life following her to eternity. Needed a little more archeological storyline to go with our superhero fight sequences or this series will become another !marvel comic. Not my favorite but have it 5 stars because it was a real page turner with Drake and Gerad and Laney kicking some fallen butt. Can wait for the next book hurry.

Fascinating

The last two books brought tears to my eyes. Mrs. Brady is a great story teller, I have enjoyed each book with great respect for each character, except at time the author makes me dislike Laney, sometimes she seems to selfish, but you see would do anything for the ones she loves and anyone in trouble, but than again you love her ( she is a bad ass.) Please don't KILL off Jake.

An irresistible love story

I haven't reviewed any of the previous books as I've been so enamoured of them, I didn't want to stop and take the time. Book 10, The Belial Plan, the author's take on the life of Helen of Troy was, I think, the best in the series...until this book. In addition to it being a great story, the enduring love story of Helen and Achilles was so realistic and reduced me to tears and a sense of longing. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Delaney McPherson is back in the game. With help from Jake, Henry, and the entire Chandler team, she is hot on the trail of Elisabeta and her fallen angel henchmen. As they search for a group of lost children, Drake, an archangel/Las Vegas performer becomes a key player on Laney's team. Fighting an adverse public relations situation, the search extends from the Baltimore/Washington area to Salem, MA to a top secret prison in Pennsylvania to New Mexico, and even touches down on an island in Lake Michigan. A lot of action and intrigue, especially when a vengeful government agent gets involved.

Fantastic Read

One of my favorite series and an awesome writer as well. This series is consistently evolving both in the depth of the characters and the changing plot. If fallen angels and the fight of good vs evil is interesting for you then you will absolutely love this series.

Another hit

The story of Laney or should we say Helen of Sparta continues. Past lives, long lost friends, what a great storyline. Can't wait to start the next chapter of this fight.

This entry to the series dealt with missing children and the Great Mother. It also gave more of an explaination to where the characters are headed. I think there are two more in progress :)

Enthralled! Invested! Hooked!

I've been a fan of all of RD's books for some time but the Belial series is the best I've read in many years by any writer. The depth and power of the characters is amazing! Got me emotionally involved and made it impossible to put down (Samyaza is as easily despised as Laney is admired. Who could NOT want the ring bearer to triumph?).

I downloaded the the Belial Plan, but chose to read the series from the beginning before starting the read and SO glad I did. Particularly the Belial Warrior. I hadn't liked it as much the first time since it didn't include all the characters from previous books. Boy was I wrong! I not only got a great historical journey but a powerful introduction to Helen and Achilles' relationship that was skillfully woven into the Belial Plan.

RD has done a terrific job of putting the ancient struggle of good vs evil in an entertaining, believable read. Look folks; if you believe in Satan you gotta believe in Angels. Can't wait for the next one e!

Love the fallen angle angle

I blasted through all 10 books in a month. They are fast paced and have such interesting subjects. Fallen angels, good and bad, the bad being totally despicable and very much in the helm of psychopaths. The good ones are so neat and such astounding abilities, ones I'm sure some of us would love to experience. Lots of archeology and stories intertwined from the great sagas of old make for books I loved reading and lost sleep to read.

All I can say is WOW

R.D. Brady is quickly rising up my list (which is very long) of favorite authors. I have read all her published works and they just seem to get better. I read this book non-stop and said a curse word or two when I finished so fast. All of her books are incredible but the Belial series will always be my favorite. As a retired and disabled combat vet they have all I crave and so much more since I am a history buff. If you haven't read this series you are really cheating yourself out of a wonderful experience. Thank you RD Brady, and get back to work on the next one please. I am waiting with bated breath.
