This resource is truly a must have for anybody who not only wants to coach Christian leaders, but to create a system to start a coaching culture that will long outlast any individual coach or leader. As someone who has been a part of Dino's training and coaching, I can attest that all the information in this book is not only valuable, but tested in the field. A must have for any coaching leader or potential coach.
