Getting the Right Things Done is a fresh look at being productive by following Steve's journey and some of his hurdles. This is an easy way to grab some ideas to implement, especially with the three action steps near the end.
This book is short and to the point, it didn't waste my time, but it gave me ways to improve it. The weekly review was helpful as well.
