This is a Sexy, kinky & exciting read that caught me from the 1st page as usual with BB Hamel books. This women has amazing writing style with an inventive plot & plenty steamy scene

Well well this was a pleasant surprise better than I thought.
"Your daddy" was super sexy with some action which made it more entertaining. The heroine who's nineteen finds herself stranded and homeless in cold Alaska. He hero who's much older sees her and decides to help her out ends up taking her to his house.
The plot wasn't new to me but it always about the execution and this author did a great job. I liked that the h wasn't naive I mean I know their relationship move pretty quickly but it wasn't love at first sight more like lust. The H was possessive and hot but not OTT he still gave her space and always told her she had a choice to leave.
To me this book didn't really have a daddy kink it was just basically saying the word and a few times at that. But it was still freaking hot with some very light BDSM. I like the action and that there was a bad guy I just felt that issue was resolved too abruptly. Other than that I really enjoyed this book and that epilogue was just perfect. ❤

This is a great story by BB Hamel, it wasn't just sexy & steamy it also had a lot of suspense and things lurking around the corner.
Kylie first meets Carson when he's leaving work and spits her huddled in a corner cold & alone. Kylie just left her abusive dad fearing for her life but, has nothing but the clothes on her back. Carson takes her home and makes her a offer she really can't refuse.
Carson was very mysterious & domineering but, Kylie didn't just need Carson she wanted him fiercely despite there age difference. Carson offered Kylie something she's never had before, someone who actually cares and is very protective over her.

B. B. Hamel writes a very interesting and unique action-packed older man/younger woman story of suspense, danger, sizzling attraction, forbidden love, romance, and over-the-top sex scenes. This well-written story is an extremely hot enjoyable read!

This book was so good! It had the dark, suspenseful romance that I love from BB Hamel, but I thought this one had a lighter edge than some of her books. The relationship between Carson and Kylie was sweet and sexy and there were way more funny moments in the book than I expected. :)
Carson is an oil billionaire in Juneau, Alaska who sees the young, beautiful Kylie freezing in a doorway one night and offers to help her out. She’s clearly running and hiding from something, arrived in town with basically only the clothes on her back, but Carson just sees a young woman in need. He comes to her rescue, brings her home and takes care of her. He’s caring, kind, sweet and extremely generous, but we find out Carson has a dirty side too. When Kylie decides to submit to her new ‘Daddy’, the sex scenes between Carson and Kylie are hot!
Don’t get me wrong – there’s enough crazy in Elliott alone to make up for the sweet and light hearted moments. What is with that guy? Elliott is Carson’s brother and is trying to usurp the control of the family oil company, but he’s completely unhinged. Total nutter-butter. He definitely adds the mystery, suspense and action to the plotline.
Overall, an excellent book! Something for everyone. Funnier than I expected, while still being dark, suspenseful and action packed. Sweet and very, very sexy too. A must read from BB Hamel!

Carson is a Price a well known family that owns a good portion of a small town in Alaska. He is 38 years old and very successful bachelor might I add. His father is very Ill and is deciding on who to leave the CEO position to either Carson or his brother for Price Oil. Carson was on his way home one night and found a young girl almost frozen to death on the street. He took her home and was intrigued by the young girl.
Kiley is a 19 year old girl with a mysterious past... She almost froze that night if it wasn't for Carson that picked her up and took her back to his place. Once she was there she enjoyed Carson's company and was also attracted to him...
There is a lot of jealousy between carson and his brother they are both competing for the CEO position at Price Oil. Carson is very stressed over the situation.

Carson Price is the most eligible bachelor in Alaska and his family owns most of the state itself. His Father, Jason has been diagnosed with lung cancer and spends most of his time in bed. Carson is prepared to take over as CEO but his younger brother, Elliot thinks he should be in charge of the company. Elliot is married and thinks that makes him more stable and responsible to run the company. Kylie is originally from Los Angeles but she wanted to get far away from her abusive Father with the little money she had saved. She took a plane to Seattle then another one to Juneau, Alaska where she took a bus into downtown. She's wearing only a sweater because she didn't know Alaska would be that cold. (WTF ?) One night it's after midnight and Carson is on his way home after a long day at the office. He sees a woman huddled in an abandoned storefront doorway freezing with no coat on. He stops and invites her to get into his warm car and come home with him. For some reason she is not scared of Carson and agrees to go home with him. He knows this will cause gossip and ammunition for his brother's crusade against him but he can't help feeling protective of Kylie.

Don't get taken aback by the taboo connotation of the age-gap and daddy relationship. It's there as it's important for the characters, yet there's so much more about this dark romance. Family feuds, a blood-thirsty enemy, a man who risks everything to be a victor both in life and in love, and a woman who's survived all to claim a love that is unique.
It surprised me as it has a fast-paced plot, everything is well described and the romance is wild and tender, too.
I'm not very fond of unprotected intimacy when it's not addresses directly, or some of the ugly words Carson used to refer to her during the sexy action, but the rest is fantastic!

She is running away and pretty far, all the way to Alaska, without a coat or a dime! He's a rich man in a power struggle with his brother who saves her and takes care of her. The daddy aspects of the story are hot, but also sweet, not just dirty.
And it isn't very safe there, lots of action and craziness! I really kept being surprised. I loved this one of course. So far I have liked everything by this author.

Carson is your typical playboy and never will settle down until he meets Kylie. Kylie ran away from home from her abusive father and wants to start over but has nothing. Carson sees her and offers to help her and they grow closer together. But with a brother that will do anything to get what he wants Kylie could be in danger. Really enjoyed Kylie & Carson's story and was hooked from the beginning.

She earns enough money to buy a ticket to Juneau but she forgot about saving enough money for a place to stay and proper clothes. No one in Juneau will help her find shelter for the night. She curls up in a doorway, afraid she will freeze to death over night. Then Carson stops and offers to take her to his home for the night. Kylie is wary but really has no choice. Carson is a gentleman and Kylie stats to feel comfortable. Then Carson has a offer to make her. He will provide Kylie with a place to stay, proper clothes and anything else she needs if she agrees to be dependent on him and call him Daddy. This is a great opportunity for Kylie but she isn't sure if she is ready to give up her freedom and her daddy hasn't been too trustworthy.

Let me start by saying that this was the first story I read that involved the daddy kink. I have always loved older man/younger woman stories, and was curious to read one of this variety. Sadly, I have found that I don't like the daddy kink myself. This review is separate from that viewpoint because I know lots of people love the daddy kink.
As for the overall story of Kylie and Carson, I liked a lot of things and disliked a couple small things. Carson is well-developed, and you can't help but like him. You see his family and life, and a lot of why he acts as he does. Kylie, not so much. She needs more development, and for more of her POV so she is understood. Her actioms to escape are understandable, but her jumping in with Carson so quickly, especially with what she escaped, seemed a little odd to me.
The beginning of the story was a little unbelievable, but if you're reading for pleasure and are good at suspending belief, do it here. It's worth it once you get beyond the initial set up. There's plenty of action, a decent story and plot, and descriptions of Alaska. The story is well-paced and well-written. The romance between Carson and Kylie definitely had its steamy moments, but it was not as good as it could've been since I couldn't connect with Kylie as much. Overall, I recommend this story if you like the daddy kink and are looking for a fast-paced romance.

Kylie is a 19 year old beauty runaway. Straight from California and an abusive father she buys a plane ticket to Alaska with no plan other than escape. Having used her last dollar and on the street with the real prospect of freezing to death on her first night, she is picked up by Carson, a rich oilman on his way home after a late night at work. Carson is not one to form attachments; his life focus is his family company, but Kylie brings out a new side to him. He's attracted to her, but he's also protective. With her he's found someone that he wants to take care of, someone he wants to keep as his own. Kylie is equally drawn to him despite their age difference. But staying with him is dangerous. She's not only risking her heart, but her life.
This is a wonderful older man, younger girl relationship. You are quickly pulled in to their story. There's obstacles, danger, passion, but there's also a true connection. The book is fast paced and the writing is good. The characters are flushed out and each have depth, a backstory. This is a quick, enjoyable read.

What a great read from B.B. Hamel! Kylie arrives in Juneau, after fleeing her life in L.A., with no more than what she's wearing and a bag packed with what she could carry and now has to figure out what to do next. Meeting Carson Price while huddling in a business doorway trying to keep warm changes her life in ways she would have never imagined. Carson is a man who is poised to take over the family business, he works and plays hard, but nothing could have prepared him for the young woman named Kylie that he rescues from the cold n his way home. Carson is drawn to her in ways he has never felt before. He wants to give her everything she could want or need and protect her and wants to hear her call him "Daddy." Kylie never imagined a man like Carson; 38 to her 19, hot, dominant yet gentle and sweet; would be interested in her and would be the one thing she could count on. While their attraction is off the charts, the chemistry is undeniable there are people out too take that away from them by any means necessary and the two will have to decide if what they have is worth the fight. are fighting for position as CEO of the company. One night after a late day at work he is on his way home when he notices a girl standing
in a doorway clearly freezing, she has no coat and is dressed more for a warmer climate, he has his driver pull over and goes to her with his
coat. He instantly feels the need to wrap her in his arms and protect her. But Carson does not do relationships.
Kylie is freezing, When she ran from her abusive father and bought the plane ticket to Alaska all she thought about was getting away. Now there is this gorgeous man stopping to help her, telling her she needs to come home with him that he will take care of her. She knows he could be dangerous. But there is just something about him that makes her feel protected, safe.
This book is a great older man younger girl story, it has so much going for it from danger, to deception, it will keep you turning pages until the end.

Ms. Hamel stuns and surprises me again with Your Daddy. I'm pleasantly surprised by this book and all of it's unexpected twists and turns. The characters and story were rich, bold, compelling, honest, unique, complex, and raw. I look forward to my next adventure with this author.

This is the third B.B. Hamel book I've read and I can honestly say, her books are pretty much the same plot just wrapped in a different location and with different characters. The same corporate takeover, the same psycho villain, the same near death shootout with bad guys... Also, there's only so many times you can read "you're a dirty fucking slut, aren't you?" before you start wondering why these women have no self-worth!
Sure, the sex was hot, Carson was a sexy, mature alpha "daddy" type who liked possessing and protecting Kylie, but their relationship lacked heat outside the bedroom.
Also, this book, like the other ones, was in need of grammatical edits--and one last pass with a proofreader. The second (or third) epilogue states that the baddie's name is Evan, but through the book his name was Elliot. That's a slip that should have been caught. It's a stupid mistake, easily fixed with an eagle-eyed proofreader or editor.
Because I am a glutton for punishment, I will read the other books in this taboo daddy boxset. Hopefully, the other stories will be better.
