It was very enjoyable read. However, it took me longer than I would like to get into the story (considering its length).

Alexis Abbott did a great job of grabbing my attention from start to finish. This was unbelievable story made believable by the author. I could feel how scared Lilly was when the raid went down. After the raid Lilly is very resilient and tries to help the other girls. Declan is any honest cop that see a woman in trouble and he does the unthinkable and helps her out. In my opinion this was a fun story and a quick read. I loved it. If you are an Alexis Abbott in my opinion she did not disappoint. It is not her usual bad boy story.

I really loved Lilly and Declan's story of love! Declan rescues Lilly from getting arrested risking his position as a police officer. Over time they fall for each other but can an Escort and a cop get their HEA? This is a well written story with great believable characters. Officer Declan Riley is the white knight every gal dreams of coming to her rescue. MWL is a short sexy novella and I look forward to reading more books by this author.

From A.A. with love...

A.A. writes a sweet Valentine's "insta-love" romance about an officer and a stripper. This isn't one of Abbott's dark hitmen reads, or bad boy books either. Though those are my preference, MWL shows a different side to Abbott that I like and wouldn't mind reading again.

I loved this story.
It was something different than I was used to reading from Alexis Abbott and I really enjoyed this change from her.
She is the Queen of mafia stories and this book was a nice surprise to read.
The story was short and sweet with added hotness for your reading pleasure.
I highly recommend you one click it straight away.

What a sweet yet exciting and fast-paced novella Declan and Lilly's story is. It had me eagerly turning the pages to find out what would happen next. Their instant attraction in a dire situation is heart-melting, as is their quickly growing affection. I loved every word of this story and only wish it were longer.

This was a very quick steamy read. I think Officer Riley was smoking hawt, and had a huge heart. I really wish more of the story was about their relationships instead of how they met and Lilly's job. Declan Riley really made the story for me.

This is a different type of story from this author. Usually it's been hot, sexy and dangerous Russian Maffia men. This time it's a hot and sexy cop saving a young lady from a dangerous situation and from being arrested. Really cool story, loved it!
