They don’t see that my parents love my older brother to a fault. Nobody realizes that my older brother just might be a sociopath who is trying to destroy my life.

Blaze - 5 Book Firefighter Romance Series
Tamsyn and Ian - Considering I felt it pretty slow in the beginning it ended far too soon. I know now that the same plot will prolly play out in all 5 books but there could have been more...more explanation on Tamsyn's past...more explanation on the "relationship" between the H & h in school...once stuff started to happen I felt it moved at a good pace and the love scenes had just enough heat to keep me from skimming. I think I know who the bad guy is but we'll see...
Joaquin and Delilah - I love a man who is alpha to his core but will let a woman take the reigns on certain things. Joaquin is yummy and smart and crazy about Delilah...I really felt drawn to these two and was happy with the way their relationship developed. The story is really getting exciting now too. I still think I know who the bad guy is...or should I say bad guys? Hmmmmmm But the author is doing a good job bringing others into the story to make you wonder...
Erik and Felicity - Book two had us digging deeper into the action and mystery of the book but this one had so much sex, it felt like the author had run out of twists and felt she needed to fill in the gaps. With one bad guy down(and I still think I know who the other is 😉) it's becoming more and more obvious who it "should" be but she's going to drag it out through 2 more books? We've still got Noah and Duke to read about. I'm not saying I'm not enjoying the books just that I think if you took out half of the sex scenes (and, come on...sex is not the answer to every stressful incident!) the books would be novellas at best. But I'm totally committed to finding out about prom night...
Noah and Kiana were prolly my favorite couple but I still felt the book was stuffed full of too much sex to stretch out the plot. By this time we all know who the bad guy is and the fact that he keeps getting away and is still being treated with kid gloves is a little annoying.
Duke and Lily were so cute and I'm glad they managed to work everything out in the end but this book could have ended in book 3 but was stretched out to fit in 5 different couples stories. At least with Duke and Lily there wasn't pages after page of sex scenes to make it last longer...it all came together like I thought it would and all in all it was a good storyline but I think there was a lot of unnecessary filler to make the book longer...I'm just sayin.

If you like firefighters and suspenseful thrillers you'll LOVE this series.
This was a REALLY, REALLY GOOD SERIES. It literally kept me on my toes the WHOLE TIME!!!
It was a crazy, interweaved, suspenseful mystery. There were five separate love stories but, one main mystery. It was nuts and I loved every minute of it.
The chemistry between the couples was HOTTT. The men and women equally complimented and brought out the best qualities in their significant others.
You could tell the firefighters really cared about each other. They are definitely a family.
The women are amazing. I strive to be like them.
Don't even get me started on the citizens of this CRAZY TOWN.
You'll have a hard time putting down your kindle.

After 10 years you would think that what happened in high school would stay in the past but for the small town of Colfax and several high school friends still living their ,the past and and the truth of what happened all those years ago come floating to the present. Secrets don't stay hidden forever in a small town.
The backstory for each character throughout the series was incredible. You get an in depth look of how each person connected with one another and the bigger truth but at the same time the villain was so obvious and the townspeople and authorities just let it pass...hmmm seriously?!?!? But than toward the end they decide to finally do something about it.
I enjoyed it overall and was glad each character got a happy ending.

Interesting but tedious book. Novel approach by the author. This is really one long book cut into 5 pieces. Each section connected to the previous in some fashion, some stronger than others. Author, l. Silverman had a good but fairly repetitive time with the sex scenes. I think she tried harder there.

Blown away!
I really couldn't put this down! I was dying to see who the culprit was and I wasn't disappointed! Each book was a story about a vouple who had a shared intrest in who was starting girls, shooting at people and generally causing mayhem! I was not bored once! It has a great mix of romance and suspense! My kinda things! Now I need to download more of this author!

Good read
Overall, I enjoyed the stories. Some of the details were a little unrealistic. The size of the town that has four fire stations and one restaurant and how everyone knows everyone, Delilah's weight for her height seems off, the way Adam acted and was treated did not match how a 9 year old would act are just few things I had trouble with.

Juvenile....😏
The pace and flow is choppy. The dialogue is juvenile, as are the sexual encounters. The mystery is the most interesting part of the plot, but apparently, The Who Done it, isn’t revealed until the end of the last book...I could only finish the first book...so DNF for me with no resolution or desire for one. 🙄

Lola Silverman has written a truly great series with 'Blaze.' It's heated with desire from the people and fire firefighters of Colfax, CO. It's funny, it's unpredictable and the characters draw you in and won't let you put your kindle down!

Great story. I highly recommend this book. Small towns are just like she portrayed, but sometimes they have big problems.

Amazing bundle
Wow this was an amazing bundle of books. The story ran through the 5 books but did not seem drawn out. It was a definite page turner. The suspense throughout was amazing.
