Farrell Black is dirty, dangerous, and holds nothing sacred.
Growing up on the mean streets of London, he clawed his way to the top of a criminal empire with nothing but sheer force of will and the determination to need no one.
Ever.
Then he met Jenna Carver, and all bets were off — until the day she walked out of his life without a backward glance.
Leaving him was the hardest thing she’d ever done.
As a kid, Jenna knew how people looked at her. Like she was stupid. Worthless. Poor. So she spent her life working to become someone else. Then she met Farrell Black and their all-consuming passion blew a hole in everything she thought she knew about herself.
Until she was forced to make a terrible choice.
Now Jenna is back in London for her father's funeral, desperate to avoid the one man who can banish her hard-earned reason in favor of red-hot ecstasy. But when her father’s death is tied to an abuse of power at the highest levels, she has no choice but to ask Farrell for help.
As they work together to find answers to a puzzle that could have dangerous implications, desire threatens to undo them both — and forces Jenna to choose between keeping the secret of a lifetime and having the one man who can command her body and soul.

Ok this is box set of a Mafia trilogy and I thought it was quite enjoyable and I believe you will think it is enjoyable too. There is a ton of action and a lot of steamy action that I think you will enjoy and there is a nice HEA at the end of the third book.
Hmmm 🤔 The heroine falls pregnant and wants to get her child away from the man she loves as his profession is kind of shady. She tells him she moves to New York and there she works for a mob guy but of course on the legal side of things (the boyfriend arranged for this, probably without her knowing). 😳 🙄 🤦♀️ Later on in the story the heroine returns to the UK bc her father was killed. She gets back together with the hero and stays in Europe bc she doesn’t have a job to get back to in NY as the company went out of business. 🤔🤦♀️ I didn’t know mob business (even the ones on the legal side went out of business). Sounds kinda practical. 💡
Also she never went back to NY to get her and her daughters stuff.
On another note: I hate long separations and I kind of get why she didn’t tell him about their daughter but I also hate that she did it. It’s very difficult to pull off that plot with this reader. The hero nearly instantly excuses her doing and gets why she did so. He bends backwards to make life safe for them and is this absolute dream guy and she again runs away from him back to London where they have no protection at all and she still is involved in her father’s murder and bad guys are after her. Would it not be for the hero to provide security of which she of course knows nothing about, there would have been blood shed.
The plot itself which is about a killer virus 🦠 is WAYYY to long. I skimmed a lot of pages in the third instalment bc I was so bored. D+

WOW, Action packed all the way through these 3 novels, boxed set of 3. So many twists and turns - fast tracking through Europe - possessiveness in HUGE amounts. LOVED it. Written really well. The author must have been exhausted writing this series, as the drama never stopped. I was reduced to a 'few' tears at the end. Won't say why, as I don't want to spoil it for future readers.
The only things I would point out is it is mainly based in the UK and here we way Autumn not Fall, and our second political party is spelt LABOUR not Labor. And would the Heroes really discuss the Levchenko family out in the open whilst visiting the town of Chamonix, the home of the said family where locals would know them. Took quite a risk there I would have thought.
However, saying all of that, this series is SO well worth reading for an exciting adventure, which would last until the very last page. Each of these 3 books deserves a 5*,
The “London Mob” by Michelle St. James is a well written and captivating read. I appreciated the intrigue that Ms. St. James kept throughout the storyline. It made the read that much harder to put down. The author does not shy away from the sex scenes, but they are very tastefully done and I enjoyed reading them that much more. They were not gratuitous, but truly followed the realization that the female character, Jenna, had when she began to contemplate whether she wanted to be in a relationship with Farrell. It was often during the times that Jenna and Farrell were sharing a bed that she (Jenna) would realize and finally understand Farrell’s feelings for her. By the same token she would often better understand HER feelings for Farrell during these encounters. A great book overall. An awesome read, and VERY enjoyable!!!
Once again, Michelle St. James delivers a book with suspense, romance, and angst. Farrell Black, tough, with real attitude reunited with the love of his Jenna Carver who fled to New York years earlier. Together they set out to find out the secrets that have been kept and protect the ones they love.
I read the Mob Boss and loved that series, but this series takes the cake so to speak. I absolutely loved Farrell, Jenna, Leo, and sister Kate and of course daughter Lily. This is a wonderful spin-off of the New York Mob Boss trilogy and I can't compliment the author enough. Highly recommend. Will look forward to the Paris Mob.
Farrell Black is the head of the London Mob. Jenna Carver, his one time love, left London when she found out she was pregnant with their daughter. She felt his way of life was too dangerous and cold to raise a child. She knew he would never change so she fled without even telling Farrell she was pregnant. Five years later Jenna returns to London when her father is killed. The mystery begins and Jenna knows the only one who can help her is Farrell. Together they fight for justice for her family, a peaceful life for them and their daughter, and to run London as it should be. They are so awesome together - major sparks!
Action packed suspense and rekindled love. Super hot and intense to the very last word!!!
This is a spinoff to the New York Mob Boss trilogy. You don't have to read that to enjoy this series but I highly recommend reading it because it is fabulous as well!!
i love how the series all link I fell in love with Farrell and even more so when he and Jenna reconnected after Jenna left their relationship and hid her secret from Farrell until returning to London where Farrell soon discovers “ their little secret”. Michelle tells her story in such a way that you become immersed inside of it that I imagined or wanted to be Jenna with her alpha male Mob Man “Farrell Black” Jenna saw another side to Farrell and realised her live for this man had never died. This series took me on an adventure through different counties and with excitement along with it. I especially loved how it the different Mob Bosses interconnected with each other in the different series with A French and American mob series. But Farrell Black was by far my fave Alpha 🥰
