A how-to based upon the concept that if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customer. Or, as I always put it, you can't expect people to hype on the front counter if they gripe on the backroom.

Un libro escrito en los noventa que nos deja ver qué el cliente siempre será lo primero en cualquier año y circunstancia. Lastima que tan pocas empresas en este siglo XXI lo apliquen. Un libro con conceptos novedosos y fáciles de entender. Toda una revolución en su tiempo y hoy en día.
