After eighteen years of living the single life, she married the love of her life. She lives in Texas with her husband, five boys, and three dogs. When she’s not dishing out dating advice, you can find her in the bleachers watching one of their boys play baseball or a Friday night football game. She loves to help women raise their confidence to be the best they can be in relationships and in life.
This book was very informative!!!! Leslie Braswell did an excellent job covering every topic single ladies face while dating. I recommend this book for any female that is dating or thinking about dating!
The book is very well laid out from the beginnings of a relationship all the way to end. It has very detailed outlines of what you should and should not doing. Essentially building up your confidence and steering away from what she depicts as the clingy woman. I think it’s a great book. It definitely helped me depict my problem when going on dates and what to apply to my next one.
I think it is a good beginner book if you are starting out dating. I wish I had found it when I was 18. It would have answered a lot of questions about some weird things I see online today. I found that most of tips are already well-known to me and discussed by the general public if you are ever in any social media platform. Some of the tips here, I have heard Shera7 talk about and there are additional points here as well.. So great book overall
I started reading this book just because it was a free kindle book and I was at a waiting room with nothing else to read and plenty of time to kill. It proved to be so much fun! ...like girl-talk -- the helpful kind.
I've made a promise to myself to read at least ONE book of each kind, and this was in the "self-help" category -- I suppose.
Rainy days are meant for books on the porch swing! This book caught my eye as I’ve been single for a few years. Dating as a single mom, during a pandemic, especially in the day in age, is rough! This book made me call myself out of some things I do incorrectly, and secure my confidence in what I was doing right.
I gave it 5 stars because it went right along with previous books I read. I am a single woman if 13 years and after reading this book I see/saw some of the mistakes I have made in dating.
