Not too awesome book covering pretentious self-stepping for individuals wanting to bust everyday habits. At some point, they actually casually oversimplify addiction as being purely embedded in habit. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but the rest of the book was unconvincing from that point forward.
I love Pete Cohen's work and this book is as good as I had hoped it would be - although I should say that it deals more with breaking habits than it does with installing new habits. Also the exercises tend to derive from NLP so if that's not your thing, you may want to jog along elsewhere. But for me, I am glad I read it and I will be going back over it to do the exercises in depth.
maksudnya mungkin baik, menyertakan quote2 ala pom2girl di kanan kiri atas bawah setiap halamannya tapi justru bikin seperti berhadapan dengan guru BP yang rajin membaca 100 kalimat paling inspiratif tahun ini.
