I am a 30+ year real estate veteran, and wish I had found Ricky (or someone like him) at the beginning of my career. His low pressure technique of finding new clients is simply a breath of fresh air. Had I implemented this throughout my career I would be retired by now. Never too late to start!

Nice, short and straight to the point. Not much fluff.... Just like any other book it pretty much boils down to hard work to be successful.
