Girl walks in bar. She's a ollege student. She meets biker guy. She is a dominant coyote looking for a stronger than her guy & finds that with Lars. It was a good story with an HEA.

26 pages isn't much to be able to really rate a book, but it fared well none the less. Parts that bugged me?? The dude is 32 & lives in a freaking trailor... How 'hot guy' is that? I am not into trailor trash... sorry. She is in college & obviously stooping lower than herself. Oh well.

This book reminds me a bit of Moira Rogers' Last Call series (which I like) so it was a win for me. This was a very short story about that revolves around one night of sex...and the implications that brings. I'd happily keep reading this series.

Multiple, constant, and recurring switching point of view between characters from paragraph to paragraph within one scene is a no-go for me. Beginning of the story was just annoying to follow and that feeling stayed with me for the 30-something pages that followed. The sex scenes were promising but the supposed shift in power between Claire and Lars looked forced and overdone. The story was a little too short to reach a conclusion other than
1. first meeting/attempt to get together/lots of biting/ he sends her off with his phone number
2. second meeting/sex/he calls her "mine".

The paranormal element, both characters are coyote shifters, hinted at more stories connected with this one by this author -frankly this was my first read by Moira Rogers- and generally I'm a huge fan of PNR stories, but the concept of "college girl/coyote shifter looking like shit (those were the exact words in the first pages, i swear lol) picking up a 32 year old biker/coyote shifter in a shady bar for sex because only he can handle her," just didn't appeal to me.

Claire is a were-Coyote who is struggling with who she really is. After hurting her human boyfriend during sex she heads out to a sleazy rough bar in a bad part of town to see if she can hook up with another were and be herself. She meets Lars, another were-Coyote in the bar and together they share some moonshine, an aphrodisiac drink for Were's and head back to his place so he can show Claire what she is truly capable of.

This is a very short erotica, the characters where interesting. I would have loved for there to have been more of a story and more in depth as I was hoping to learn more about Claire and Lars alike.

I see a book by Moira Rogers and I know one thing for certain I am going to find when I read it -- hot, steamy, unbridled passion! What can I say? She knows how to make the blood boil. This was my second read by this author and I was far from disappointed. The story was short and to the point. Moonshine was definitely not what you may think just from the title. No liquor needed for these two mates! It was entertaining. If you like hot sex scenes with a bit of creative story-telling thrown in, I recommend checking out a few Moira Rogers books. They're quick and easy reads that serve as great filler while waiting on my favorite authors to publish a new installment in their series.

Being fed up with pretending to be human Claire goes into one of the worst bars she can find, to find another shifter for hot sex without strings attached. What she finds is Lars, a dangerous and sexy alpha shifter who is willing to spill a little moonshine, a potent shifter aphrodisiac, and have great sex. Their passionate encounter leaves both wanting for more, but Lars does not want a repeat if Claire can__t enjoy their passion without the moonshine. Will Claire be able to embrace her wild side and enjoy what Lars can give her?

A great and hot short story, that I will gladly recommend. I enjoyed it very much.

Ok though this book was very quick, it was still extremely hot and delicious, I wish there has been a little more of a plot and backstory, like how did she hurt her human boyfriend and how did Lars already know her. I also inda wish it would have had them shift together at some point but oh well it was still very enjoyable definitely erotic and I do recommend it if you want a super quick hot read to pass the time ;););););););)

oh and though they never actually shifted or anything i am gonna save this as a read shifter/werewolf book

I did't know that it was just a quick read based on the description. it seems that there is a good plot behind the two main charaters.

Anyways i find Moira Rogers a good author of these quickie erotica books.

It was all about Claire, a cayote shifter who happen to be with humans boyfriends only, who she recently hurt during sex and broke a bone..."that was hilarious for me.."

But she was able to meet her equal.
And Lars complimented her a lot.
I liked Lars because he knows how to treat her woman, more than enough.."

Whew, this one was hot. I found it interesting that Claire was suppressing her shifter side, to the point where it was fighting to come out. I liked that Claire went someplace she wasn't comfortable in order do to what she wanted. Lars was the perfect person for her to take out her frustrations. I really liked that Lars made her voice what she wanted and needed, then gave her the space to be sure.

I do wish this one was longer. I want to know what the deal is with Claire hiding so much away and how they react to Lars.

Another erotica short story available in ebook format. In this one Claire is a female wolf-shape shifter looking to let the wolf inside her out. Lars, is the bad-ass alpha male willing to give Claire what she wants. Because this is a short story there isn’t much in the way of character development or relationship building so the hot sex happens rather quickly. It was okay for what it was even though this is unedited version.

I'm not entirely sure how I felt about this story. It seemed like the author wanted it to be a romance but the romance was nonexistent between the characters. There was hot sex but no emotion and no real character development.
I didn't particularly dislike or like the characters. It wouldn't keep me from trying something else by the author but this story was "meh".

I know that this is only a short ebook but a little more story and this could have been 4 or even 5 stars. I wanted to know some more about Lars and the other were-coyotes. Perhaps we will be given more information on them in the next installment of the series.
