One remarkable night will change two lives forever!

Michelle Lawson never expects a fun filled trip to Paris with her friends to turn her life upside down or her heart inside out! A by-the-rules type of woman, an unexpected, passionate one night stand leaves her shaken and confused. The next morning life catches up with her and she’s forced to head back home to assume her position as principal of a private school.

Jackson Douglas didn’t plan on ending a trip to Paris for his brother’s wedding the way it did. A quick drink before flying back to Dallas, Texas turns into a night that leaves him desperate for more. His hopes of seeing the woman again are dashed when they go their separate ways —— or so he thought.

Jackson decides life has a funny sense of humor at times when he returns to find the new private school that he now owns has a beautiful principal he knows all too intimately. Can they overcome their barriers long enough to break a few rules and find a love that was ignited under the lights of Paris, or will a clause in a contract force them apart?

I'm an ex-navy wife who has travled around a lot. For years I studied my craft before jumping into the publishing pool. I love suspense and comedy.

I look forward to interacting with my readers.

Excellent story!

This novella can be read in a little over an hour and it is a standalone. Michelle and Jackson meet in Paris and then when they get back to the states they realize he is her boss. There is a bit of chaos, which brought out strong emotions in me. (I wanted to smack Cindy). There are a few typos, but they do not detract from the story.
