Quick, friendly, fun read. Nothing revolutionary, but that's not what you were looking for anyway.

Ok , so now there's no excuse to stay in turmoil over a failed relationship. Plenty of helpful activities to try out. And , I especially liked the part about how to deal with being single over the holidays !

So I read this book in 2005, after a breakup with a narcissistic sociopath. It helped. So I sought it out again, this time it didn’t help. It was soooo dated. I tried to find something I loved the 1st time - I guess the what if scenarios were interesting.

2023 - this came right on time. Because the lost of two people in my life hit me all at once. The lost really happen 5 years ago but I was just going through life not dealing with the grieve. Its time to let it go. Its never going to get back to where it use to be and some people are just not right for me.

This book helped me move on and let God.

This book was really funny and made some excellent points about beating yourself up over the guy that dumped you . It also gives some really good advice for how to pick uo and get back on track.
