Janet has done it again! This easy-to-read witty book actually made me laugh out loud! If you've ever been in line at the grocery store, owned a dog, felt sleep-deprived, or craved Cap'n Crunch, you'll surely relate to the author's everyday-life observations. If you met the Worthington family in Janet's first book, Bumble Creek Farm, you will be glad to know the more things change, the more they stay the same -- more entertaining stories!

Janet and I are friends. We go to the same church, enjoy puns and music. I've always liked reading her blogs, so when I got a copy of this book, I read it in a couple of sittings. A comparison with the TV show Seinfeld immediately came to mind: minutiae about daily life. The book is a series of vignettes from her life, some filled with humor and some thought-provoking. I laughed at some of them, cried in a few. And I got to know my friend even better as she shared her stories with me. She's an excellent writer, and I think you will also enjoy this book.
