Best cozy murder mystery series I have read in a while.
When I buy the $.99 books especially a series of 14 books I never thought I would get one of the best cozy murder mystery series I have read period. I have been on a streak of badly written books, both grammatically and plot wise. I had bought this series a year ago, but had yet to read it. I am so glad I finally did. Wow, her stories are so well written with such interesting characters and plots lines where the actual murderer I have yet to guess who did it until it is revealed. I only wish she had other books written. If you see her series, Chole Kendrick, buy it I promise you will not regret it.

Murder is Fun!
I read at least the 14 books in this set which seems to say a lot that is positive about the writer and intrigue of the stories. Maeve became a comfortable friend with slightly dangerous adventures to share. Although the series maintained my attention, there was nothing very serious to cause a feeling of fear or stress. That is the kind of reading I have needed to have ready to busy my mind or help me fall asleep.

Too much chick likes boyS airhead stuff, not enough actual mystery, too murder she wrote without the actual satisfaction of a somewhat well written cozy/murder mystery, and I don't have overly high expectations of cozy mysteries to begin with. Didn't get around due to a move to reading the previously bought 1-5 set nor the 6-10 set, now really wish had just put off using my amazon gift cards for other books and waiting to get it all on kindle unlimited. Have a couple of other freebie books from same author, doubtful will get around to them anytime soon.

Excellent
I loved the main characters. The mysteries were great. I did not want this series to end. It was great to see the relationship advance over the series. This was one of the best and I mean Best series I've read. Thank you so much for entertaining me over these hours. Stay well and write more soon.

A great story
Thank goodness this included all 14 books in the series, so the entire story could be told. The heroine is a strong female lead with intuition and observational skills that keep the reader engaged. For those whom mystery and romance combine to create a fun series. A strong family adds to the fun.

Look at this series for unforgettable entertainment
Each book has a suspenseful plot. Characters are easy to relate to. Books presents many interesting characters and many possible solutions to the many unique crimes as it tells a story of life and love. The main problem is the disappointment felt when the series ended. May I have more please?

Entertaining stories
The mysteries are entertaining and the stories move along well. I did notice an occasional glitch in a couple of them which had been missed by the editors, but overall I enjoyed all of them

Food, Murder and Mayhem
Well written series from beginning to end. It starts with a new business, new relationships and plenty of crime. It ends with prosperous business and growing families.

Great characters
I had to read entire series before putting it down. The characters are all quirky and surprising and the solutions to the mysteries were unexpected but believable. Solutions were "oh, of course" solutions.

Thoroughly recommended.
I loved this collection, every book contains a good tight plot and over the series the characters develop and become so real to the reader that at the end its like saying goodbye to friends.

I really liked this series. The characters are well rounded and the events are plausible. Following the lives of the characters and friendships make this a delightful series.

Great series
Easy reads, somewhat predictable but liked that they were quick and entertaining. Great for vacation or beach read, series didn't always have to retell last story just continued on

Best series in a long time
I really enjoyed all of the Food Truck mysteries and the cast of characters are so believable & likable. I really hope there are more stories to come maybe with some of the other characters taking a leading role.

Beach read
Good little mysteries with a strong women character although I don't think they were proofread prior to publishing. I enjoyed them as they were no where near as violent or graphic as what I normally read. Wished they had a few recipes but no such luck.

Fabulous!!!
What do you mean, it's over? I want more! Love the characters, our heroine, even Jax. Story lines were interesting, different, quirky. Like the food truck idea. Great reading, difficult to put down.

Kept me guessing
I love a good mystery and Chloe Kendrick delivers! Trying to figure out "whodunit" was a challenge. Enjoyed reading each one and getting to know the characters.
