I purchased this book nine years ago when my husband had the aspiration to start a small custom shop. This book was very informative and the author did an amazing job simplifying all of the information for those who are new to business. He never opened his shop but I still have this book on my shelf for reference, just in case!

This book is loaded with great information for a local independent retailer or someone who plans to be one. It covers everything from the big picture to comprehensive day-to-day activities. It's a great resource!

Very practical. Covers all aspects of starting a retail business. Highly recommended if you are considering starting a retail store of any kind.
