You won't find better written banter between characters anywhere else than in a James Roberts Transformers comic. Think the best part was finding out that one of of the dueling heroes and villains simultaneously refer to each other as NEMESIS.
Someone once refereed to this type of Transformers as a spiritual partner to Star Trek. And I can't get that analogy out of my head. Because it's highly accurate. This is Transformers blended with some pretty heavy science fiction.
Like, I keep thinking of ways this could be the movie Paramount makes instead of whatever Bro-tastic romp Michael Bay sends out- and because of the complexity in this story, I don't think a general audience would really get down with this.
Which is a shame, cause this is the best Transformers story I have ever read so far. (And yes, I ordered MTMTE. It will be here soon so I don't have to be any more confused than I am).

Okay
A lot of exposition. The story isn't making all that much sense to me. Seems overly complicated. Just okay. The art is good, but it is hard to make out what is happening in some of the action scenes.
