I think I have about 20p till the end of this book, but I chose not to continue because it's nothing more that an article and all of these advises can be found on the internet in a buzzfeed article or something like that. I didn't expect it to be awesome but it still sucks, honestly I'm done with any kind of self- help book..
It's a very short book and they author just wrote down changes that changed his life but that some people will not be able to use. Every change is a page long so you have about 60 advices. There would be another better alternative, don't read this.
Oh , I love this book . Glad that I randomly choose to read the book to complete my reading goal 2018.
And it turn up to be a great book telling us , each of that positive thinking , what it can helps us to become more positive person ? What action should we make to increased our positivity ? How often should we practice it ? And our life with or without this change ?
A light reading but full of information and motivation to us.
