The blurb says no cheating.....lies, lies, and more lies. They both cheat. Multiple times. Then she is so wishy-washy that it makes your head spin.

3.5 ✨✨✨ (it would have been 4 if not the cheating & waffling of the heroine)
This was a quick, steamy & taboo story about a office romance but, the immaturity of the heroine in regards to the cheating bothered me.
Lily isn't physically satisfied in her relationship with her boyfriend and is beyond tempted by her new and older boss Landon. Landon knows Lily is completely off limits being that he's a partner in his law firm and she's his assistant but, he can't seem to find much strength to resist his attraction to her.
Landon is a self professed man whore who is going through a nasty divorce but, wants to change everything for Lily. Even though Lily wants Landon she keeps going back to Brian her boyfriend simply out of safety & fear which annoyed me. I honestly found myself hoping Landon would tell her to fuck off but, that obviously wasn't going to happen. Overall I did enjoy the book but, found Lily very childish for a 24 year old.

I didn't like Lily's character or Landon's. They were both so irritatingly foolish to the heaven's degree. I mean Lily no matter what is a cheater. If she wasn't getting what she needind in her primary relationship. What was she doing wasting her time? I know that she wanted to play it safe but come on. When it comes with women, not really knowing what they want in a relationship and actually getting it. She supposedly knew what she wanted and yet, she simply forgot one important aspect of one. Yet she stuck around in a passionless stagnate one. She also took everything that Landon the older supposedly wiser dude, that he gave her. All without really standing up to him. He was just a world class manwhore slut who when she "rejected" him did what any asshole would do. Bang any chick and go to have multiple sexual encounters with many women. I mean come on get frickin real. If that actually happened I would quit that job. It's really detrimental to one's peace of mind.

The back and forth, right vs wrong, push and pull between these two had me concerned with how it would end, but was happy once I finished.

I received this book for my honest review.
Every time I read one of Amy's books she doesn't disappoint in the hotness factor or the story line but with this book, something didn't POP for me. In places it seemed to many words were put there and even though I love a good description or sexy play something was off for me but don't take this away as a bad thing it really wasn't. Places I wish were a little longer but this author's style is right on point in the hotness and wow factor.

Very Disappointed
Let me start by saying that I very rarely leave 1 Star reviews, unfortunately this book was incredibly disappointing for me and there is something that other readers need to be aware of, in case they feel they same way.
**Spoiler Alert**
While the story of Landon and Lily showed the potential of being a great read, there are a few issues I have with this book.
The first, and most important one for me, is that the blurb specifically states “no cheating”. This is a firm boundary for me because I do not feel that there is ever a good enough reason to condone cheating, so I ensure to choose books that do not have cheating by the H or h in it. While Lily does not cheat on Landon, per se, she does cheat - repeatedly - on her boyfriend WITH Landon and I found her indecision and toying with both men distasteful! She constantly yo-yo’d back and forth and was just pathetic about her “reasons” for it all.
The second big issue I had is that there is a serious need of some editing. From missing words to incorrect words used to misplaced punctuation, this book had so many errors! It was frustrating and off putting.
The sex scenes were hot, Landon a typical hot alpha - albeit a complete manwhore though - and the premise was good. Unfortunately the execution did not meet my expectations.

Landon & Lily both lost people who they loved whole heartily. They just both dealt with their pain in different ways. Landon was a certified ladies man, if you get my drift. He and Lily were perfect for each other in some ways, but not so much in other ways at the beginning. This book will have you on an emotional roller coaster and have you reading as fast as you can to see what happens next. I have to say Landon does redeem himself eventually and the ending was very sweet. Love sure can make you change your ways of living.

I've enjoyed Amy Brent's books, but this is probably one of my favorite of hers. Landon hires Lily as his assistant but starts to fall hard for her. He's in the middle of a messy divorce, she stil has a boyfriend. Things get a little sticky for them, and there are some plot twists that are unexpected. We have Amy's trademark hot and sexy romance, with an older man/younger woman love brewing. I loved the way things turned out, and if you like sexy books and haven't read any of Amy's but love a good hot romance, give her a try. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

What a great book by author Amy Brent. Crave Me was raw and full of sexy scenes, romance, emotion. Landon is an attorney and partner in a prestigious law firm who is in the process of getting a divorce from his second wife who was trying to take advantage of the situation. Lily just landed a job as his assistant and was in a relationship with her boyfriend Brian. There was instant attraction between the two main characters. If you are looking for a great fast read then this book is for you. I voluntarily read an advance readers copy of this book.

There's an instant attraction between them, but Landon's a womanizer who's 1st wife died & he's currently going through a messy divorce. Seeing as they've both lost people the loved, their both uncertain of moving forward with their feelings.

I liked the storyline of this book but there are so many word errors and other editing problems that it was really distracting. And I'm not talking about using "know" for "no"; I'm saying totally different words in place of the right one. An example would be "table" for "told", I'm still trying to understand one passage.

Wonderful story
This is a great story of love, even though you think it may never get started. Landon knows what he wants, yet, Lily takes a while to figure it out. Wonderful plot and story, keeps you turning the pages!!

This is one of those books you either love or hate, and it isn't because of the writing...it's because of the characters.
The writing in this book was great, the story flowed well and who doesn't love a billionaire boss story? I loved Landon, but damn i hated Lily! She was so wishy washy! Sure she is younger than Landon, but seriously flipping between the two guys like that, then crying about it all time...
It's a standalone with a HEA .

I thoroughly enjoyed Crave me by Amy Brent. It was an easy, short read, but had the intensity that made the reader gasp from pleasure and suspense.
Landon is a new favorite of mine. Even though he clearly couldn't keep it in his pants, there was a passion and desire behind his character. I couldn't help, but feel a pang of hurt for him and what he endured.
Lily was uncertain with everything in her life. She didn't know who to be with or what her next move should be. I felt a sense of compassion for her. Lets face it, we have all had a moment or two in our lives when we didn't know which route to take. Do we take the safe route? Do we go towards the blazing unknown?
Without giving anything away... nope, I won't! This was craftly written and had many untertones and additional plots which surprised me for such a short book. Amy Brent did a delectable finish to this story.
I would recommend CRAVE ME to fellow readers.

Lily is the young attractive 24 year old woman who will be Landon’s assistant. Landon finds himself quite attracted to Lily and the feeling is mutual with some sizzling chemistry, but there is one problem—Lily has a boyfriend! Lily feels comfortable and safe with her boyfriend, Brian, but he has not been able to make her feel euphoric. Knowing that her boss, Landon, has a reputation with the women, Lily does not want to lose her job and boyfriend over a one night stand/conquest. I love Amy Brent's books and this is one of the best ones yet. Crave Me is about Landon, a successful attorney, and Lily, Landon's new assistant. Lily starts her new job as Landon's assistant. There is an immediate spark between the two which they fight against. Lily has a boyfriend and Landon is going through a rough divorce to his second wife. His first wife and their unborn child died in an accident. Landon and Lily can fight their attraction and they get together once and Lily runs afterward. They go on a company event in Belize for a week. Something happens and Lilly's room is cancelled the first night and she spends it with Landon. They are together most of the week until she waffles again and then when she finally makes up her mind she goes to Landon only to see, what she thinks is him with another woman, but is actually him passed out with a woman. Nothing happened but she doesn't know that and leaves and goes home. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book and would recommend it.

I love naughty stories. Oh no she diiiin't sleep with her boss! And I wanted to love this story, but it came up short. Lisa falls for her older boss. Lisa has a boyfriend. Lisa bounces back and forth between said boyfriend and boss. Lisa cries all weekend every weekend. Lisa leads both men on. Lisa is a huge hypocrite when boss possibly got with someone else. Lisa cheats on boyfriend entire story, and then is victim when boyfriend is real mad. It was just too much. She was so unlikable. I found the constant cheating so disheartening and so ridiculous. Right from the beginning you're made to feel like the boyfriend is an immature frat boy but then all the sudden he's the perfect boyfriend.. ugh i don't know. Don't bother with this one.

Besides being extremely hot and steamy and arousing, this story had me turning the pages as fast as I could! I loved the way Landon and Lily played off each other and took me on a roller coaster ride. It's definitely a must read!

This is a really steamy book. Landon is an older man in his 40s twice married, in the process of going thru a nasty divorce. In comes his new assistant young 24 year old. Curvy, cute and seems to know her stuff. There is instant chemistry there but Lily has no plans to act on it because A she has a boy friend and B she really needs this job. WELL we know the road to ....
Any ways Not only did I read and love this book but my hubby who is not a big book reader read it and said he wants to read more from Amy Brent. So that is a 5 star review in itself!

I loved it! Amy did such a good job of introducing to her characters and letting you know just exactly what they were feeling. They cared for each other so much. I would definitely recommend this book be put on your to be read shelf.

I don't really know where to start with this review?! I was looking forward to reading this book as the blurb enticed me but it was nothing like I expected!
I really did like Landon. He'd suffered early in his life, he lost his wife and then he was going through a nasty divorce. His soon to be ex wife, deserved nothing! His one saving grace though, was Lily! The moment he saw her, he knew she was going to be his! But at what cost?
When they were together it was explosive and hot! You could they were both falling for each other! I understood Lily's point, her fear! Her wanting to make her own way in her career and not rely on Landon. But to be honest, I wasn't really that much of a fan of Lily's! Considering she prided herself on being "mature" for her age, which was all of 24, she wasn't all that mature!
I liked the storyline but the cheating turned what could have been a fantastic book, for me, into something distasteful! They both craved each other, so why not just give into it and live a happy life, instead of hurting each other.
