Blondes have more fun - but at a funeral?
Better than the first book. A light easy read that you will fly through. A plot of blackmail, deceit and murder. The characters of the two sisters have expanded and developed whilst the two seniors next door with their Houdini cat add a little light relief.
The annual haunted house at the funeral parlour has always been a success but finding the dead body of a cheating boyfriend wasn't what type expected to find when they opened after a successful day. Now her sister has been arrested, Charlie her long time crush has been told by the Sheriff not to talk to her, a parcel arrives for her sister and the whole town seems to think the right person is in jail. With the two seniors, she starts investigating. Throw in a blonde wig, a showdown at the viewing, a search warrant and a clash at the diner plus a cat that seems to know more than anyone else. Will they find the killer? Will she and Charlie get together? Will she ever find out how the cat gets in?

Loved It
I absolutely loved this book. In fact, I love the entire series!! Bets, Jess and the amazing Applegate sisters are so much fun to read about. This is an enchanting cozy! I highly recommend this book.
