Great Cliff Notes to the Big Book
This Joe McQ and Charlie P.'s work. I know because I have listened to their CD's since 2010. Youtube videos since 2018.
This book will help you understand the Big Book better. It really simplified the 12 Steps. The whole purpose of the book.
If you also want more knowledge on the Steps, I have read Practice These Principles by Ray A. and The Steps We Took by Joe McQ.

Very nice, streamlined overview of the Twelve Steps' guide to life. I'd totally recommend it to a friend who wanted to know more about how, specifically , the 12 Steps are supposed to guide one's life.

Though not presented as such, this book is the print version of a very well-known cassette tape (it can be streamed nowadays) Big Book study given by Joe and Charlie. I’ve listened to the recording numerous times, it’s one of the best and well worth the time to listen (or in this case read the book) though at 167 pages the book leaves out a lot of the detail (and stories) contained in the recordings.
