Royal Roadblock

Rate this book
Dallas and her motley crew of survivors have fought their way through zombies and survivors alike. From one end of the country to the other and back. They finally retook Alcatraz, only to find out there are far worse fates than death by zombie.

The already weak and battle-weary US is now under fire from an outside threat. Unable to defend themselves, they must turn to an old ally. Follow Dallas and her band to merry old England where they literally must rescue a princess to save the day.

If they aren't careful though, the zombie infestation could spread beyond English borders and seal both America's and England's fates forever. Will God save the King or is this Royal Roadblock the last stop for Dallas?

Omg

Omg....this was a series that is definitely going on my re-read list. Loved it. The characters have real depth, and the drama is engaging. I absolutely recommend this book series.

Amazeballs. All five books were total amazeballs. I don't know what it is about a zombie apocalypse that just reels me in, maybe it's believing in and seeing some good in humanity. Thanks for the escape, Alex Westmore.

I'm going to have to read more of this author's books.

The flow wasn't quite right, a good storyline but a few illogical threads that had gaps of jumped the storyline. Nevertheless, I read it to the end and will no doubt read the next in series. As there isn't one just yet, it's time to try another author.

Awesome book.

Another awesome book by Alex Westmore. With each book I come to love these characters even more. Yes it's about life after the apocalypse but ultimately it's about the love and loyalty that Dallas and her family have found in each other. As alway there's twists and unexpected turns, some heart aches and a lot of butt kicking. I highly recommend this series to everyone. It's not just about man eaters (zombies) but their will to survive.

Least favourite of the series

Just wrote a massive review and it disappeared.

I can't be bothered to retype the whole thing but basically this is set in the UK and all the UK geography and language has not been researched properly. We use miles not kilometres and a UK yacht would be called 'Her Favour' NOT 'Her Favor'.

Thus is also the only book in the series that was not included in the Kindle Unlimited subscription so I'm very disappointed as I paid the separate £4 for it.
