Information Systems and Computer Applications is an absolute mouthful.

I'll start of my saying that this isn't the first book from this series that I've encountered; I've liked this series of guides so trying out this other one wasn't particularly risky to me.
That said this one to me was as good or as bad as the others. It follows the exact same ideology and despite the subject matter it's about the same level of conceptual difficulty (obviously that's subjective as “computers” sound like they *should* be harder in this digital age) however just like my past experience with books from this line I enter them from a curiosity standpoint and can't attest to how well they actually help someone pass their test. From the other reviews I've seen chances don't seem great but as with any guide I'd say it's on a person to person basis; what works for one person may not work for another and vice versa. All I can say is that for my purposes this was just fine and my rating only reflects that this is a nonfiction book that covers the subject matter as it states, anything more or less than that is up to each purchaser to value but you can always look at the preview pages of the ebook version to try to get a general idea of what this book is like. Or if by chance you're like me and not new to this particular “world” then just know that this one is about the same quality as the other ones, maybe, I should probably state that computers aren't my thing which is part of the reason that this version pique my interest. Take that as you will but if you're a computer expert (as in you know not only how to use them but everything there is to know about how they came to be) then this probably isn't for you even if you're going to take the test. Again take that as you will.
