After just finishing gulping down the last six installments I'm internally screaming...."WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?!" I enjoyed reading this more than I thought would. Considering it's a retelling I'm often judgmental and annoyed when they leave certain things out. I was definitely NOT in this case! The story was intriguing, mysterious, and alluring. I wanted to, had to know more of what was going on with Jane and her Mr. Thorneton. As an avid reader the idea of serials is brilliant. It keeps you coming back for more, but it's not like you have to read thousands of pages to remember where you left off. I think Lark Watson is slowly torturing me because the build up of Jane and Mr. Thorneton is sweet and yet it's not, it's something more. It's definitely worth the build up so far!
