Writing is my life! I go to sleep thinking about my characters and I wake up thinking about my plot. When I craft my novels, I shoot for growth. I ask myself “How am I going to outdo myself this time?”. My stories are meant to be realistic. I want for you to have a connection to the characters. Man Danielle you be playing with people emotions and getting their hopes up. Now look at Zaheem all caught up and I can only imagine how he explains everything. What's done in the dark is sure to come to the light and that's why I didn’t even feel bad about what Bella did. She had spent too much of her time being faithful and down to the wrong dude for way too long. I actually like Kane and how he began to open up with Bella. He had some crazy, childish moments but he was trying to show Bella she deserved more and couldn't have both. Lawd knows Shelly is a nutcase and I’m hoping Kane dodged a bullet with her. I could only shake my head when it came to Sienna because she was constantly selling herself short for all the wrong reasons. It’s crazy how she missed the signs but Greg is as dirty as they come. I’m hoping things work out for Sienna because though she acted like an uppity, bitter chick she didn’t deserve the way Greg treated her. Cheyenne was a mess! She and Chavez both had some issues but he took things a tad too far. It was cute how he protected her but scary how he went overboard without asking questions. I need part 2 ASAP because that ending had me looking like wtf just happened.

I liked it.
The only reason I’m giving it this rating is because I think I read it before.....but I don’t remember it. Mainly all the books I read I can go to the synopsis and read it and be able to give u at least one thing that happened in the book. I read the synopsis for this book and thought okay it might be interesting read it and was like damn have I read this already.....Ask me about Intrigued by A Boss, Still Intrigued, Caught up in his love, Plug Love.....they all left a lasting impression on me that I’ve gotten used to from Danielle Marcus but reading this book now I just feel like oh okay might have this already and probably liked it but not a great great great great like like all the others......and if I haven’t read it already then it’s just like oh okay it’s good but not Danielle Marcus great. Don’t get me wrong it’s good and I liked it....just not as much as I’ve liked all the other ones Danielle has wrote. It just seems too familiar to me and I can’t remember and I hate that about any book I’ve read that I can’t remember....Buts it’s still good so I have to give it 4 stars.

I knew it Old Nasty Dude!!!
The story was very emotional, aggravating, loving and messy from time to time. It was a lesson in watching the actions of a man and learning to take the best action. There were quite a few characters with multiple stories running at the same time. First was Bella and Zaheem. He was insanely jealous, but was keeping a lot of secrets . Then we had Bella's interest in Kane her boss.. Cheyenne and Chavez, where he also had some secrets he was keeping from her, and then Sienna was married to the white guy Paul who was keeping one of the biggest secrets of all... Overall a drama filled good read.

Whoa!!!! This book was fire!!
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and she did not disappoint! Bella and Kane were so cute together, I hope he’s not the baby daddy. Normally I’m not a fan of a love triangle but something about Zaheem didn’t sit right with me. I’m team Bane (Bella/Jane) Cheyenne and Chavez so toxic, I hope they get it together in part two. Poor Sienna everything that glitters isn’t gold, here’s to hoping she bounces back! Great book and storyline, onward to part 2

Hot Damn
Who would have thought. Zaheem been very busy also. What are the odds Zaheem and Kane smashing the same girl twice. I hope Bella pregnant by Kane. I think Cheyenne overreacted a lil bit. I like Chavez. All he wants is someone to love him unconditionally. I hope Chey get her mind right and stay out of other peoples business. I knew Gregory was batting for the same team, I just hope Sienne didn't get caught up.💜💜

Kane sisters rocked my nerves like how y'all all in his business but can't control your own home. Lord I knew Greg was playing for the other team. I just hope he hasn't giving Sie that package. I'm so glad the truth is out about Zah with his sneaky azz. Kane is a good man and deserves to be happy and I hope Bella gives him that happiness

I read this book in one day. It was a good read with all the drama. Chey and Chavez were a damn hot mess. Kane and Bella that was something serious because Kane was her boss you are never supposed to mixed business and pleasure let's see how far this goes.

Drama drama
Chavez and Cheyenne are the funniest crazy couple. They are a hot mess. So glad that Cheyenne is learning to get out of her childish feelings. Sienna should have been stood up for hwrself and left Greg. The whole not getting checked out is just dumb on her part. She needs to grown up and be a woman about it. Bella know good and well she didn't want anything else to do with Zaheem I don't know why she was playing silly. Kane is exactly what she didn't know she needed and vice versa. Hopefully that ending snaps her into place.

Entertaining
The writing wasnt the greatest but the storyline was entertaining and gave me a good laugh. I loved that the story involved multiple characters and their stories overlapped. Im actually looking forward to the second book and hope it answers all the questions I have.

This book was everything. Danielle did her thing and dropped yet another banger. I couldn't put this book down. I swear I love me some Kane. Lol. That man was something else. I couldn't stand Zaheem. He seemed so sneaky to me. The relationship that Kane and Bella began to form was something that was meant to happen. I don't think either of them were wrong. I'm so hoping that Bella and Kane get together in book two because he most definitely treats her how she should be treated. Bella put up with some things when it came to her relationship with Zaheem that may have played a factor in her choices. I believe when he decided to step things up that he had a motive and from how things played out towards the end my thought may just be true!!! I don't like that Shelly chick. I believe she is money hungry. That is why she is determined to pin a baby on Kane. I don't believe he is the baby father and I can't wait to see if I am right in book two. Lol. That ending definitely left me shocked and speechless though. I loved how Bella bossed up when Shelly called herself getting smart. Chey and Cha need to get their dysfunctional relationship together. Cha is letting things that happened in his past cause problems. He needs to sit Chey down and explain things to her. I felt so bad for Sie. She was so stuck up that she couldn't even see the bigger picture and because of that some life changing things may happen that's aren't good at all!!! Ms. Marcus is back again with another top notch story line. I've been a fan for some years now and she is capable of drawing you so far into a story, that there are moments when i feel the emotions right a long with her characters. Breathless was the perfect title for this book because there were moments in the story where I just couldn't get right. The sisters are a handful, feisty, and very protective of their only brother Kane. Who is guarded, vocal and very mysterious in his own way. They all love hard or not at all. I won't get into the story as much because I hate to spoil this for anyone else. This is a must read novel and it will definitely leave you.....Breathless! So looking forward to the next book in this series. Hats off to Ms. Marcus, you definitely know how to bring the heat!!!!

Was into from the beginning lol chics always gossiping n den get scared lol. I really loved the chemistry being Bella n Kane, I hope don't be jus a fling or he get her pregnant cuz I ain't read bout no condom lol. Sumtimes history gotta be jus that so she already know what she need to do den Zah Lil secret should seal it. I feel sorry for Sienna but ayy gotta learn on ur own signs was dere, jus to stuck on the life style but now she got da upper hand.. mannn Chey n Chavez gotta get it together he need to chill for he lose her for good, part 2 I'm lookin for u so I kno what up

Cheyenne, I really want to kick her bi-polar, messy ass and Sienna is a damn fool. I feel sorry for her though. Can't wait for part 2!!!!!
